Modern villa with sea views in Son Serra de Marina
This spectacular villa is located in the idyllic coastal village of Son Serra de Marina, a quiet corner on the northeast coast of Mallorca. Its modern and avant-garde architecture, along with its location near the beach, make it an ideal option for enjoying exclusive holidays. From the house, fantastic views of the Formentor peninsula can be enjoyed.
The interior is equipped with the highest quality materials and design furniture, offering a living space of 300 m² distributed over three floors. The villa has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 4 bathrooms, as well as an office, a large gym and garage.
In the living room, a large leather sofa with chaise longue stands out, along with a television with 360º rotation, which can be seen even from the outdoor relaxation area. The elegant dining room offers a wonderful sea view and is integrated with an open kitchen presided over by a large, wide and functional island, fully equipped with high-end appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge.
On the same floor is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive Philippe Starck pieces. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two more bathrooms, one of them en suite. The first bedroom has a double bed and a solid oak wood headboard. The second bedroom surprises with a spectacular sea view, as well as a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped gym, with a large television and surround sound system. From the basement, you can access the garage and the service room with washing machine.

Our holiday home "Domes Genti" is located almost on the beach, in a prime location in Son Serra de Marina, a place of which there are only a few, a quiet coastal town in the east of Majorca. For locals and tourists the "Pearl of the north-east of Mallorca". If you are looking for a lot of peace and exclusivity on the beach, you will get your money's worth here. In the village itself there is a pharmacy, a small supermarket, restaurants, beach bars, a playground and a soccer field. For water sports enthusiasts, our Holiday house is just the thing, because Son Serra de Marina is very popular between surfers and kite surfer as it benefits from ideal wind and water conditions. Hikers, athletes, nature lovers and those who like to move outdoors can let off steam here. A very special experience is a horse riding trip right on the beach, along the nature reserve "Son Real", according to the motto "The happiness of this earth lies on the back of the horses".
The house with beach in sight is located on a completely fenced plot with private pool (9m x 4m) and barbecue terrace. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower belong here to the pool equipment. The terrace can be shaded on request with an extendable awning. On hot summer days you can also eat lunch outside without burning your fur. The beach is only about 2 minutes, which is very pleasant for families with children, so you do not have to drag all the beach equipment so far.
The interior is modern-functional and spreads over approximately 157 m² over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a large living room with integrated dining room and terrace access. On the L-shaped couch, the whole family can comfortably sit down for a TV evening. You can dine together either at the dining table inside or on the terrace. The right menu can be created in the separate kitchen. The complete equipment of the modern kitchen is very helpful here and offers the necessary comfort. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a large double bed and private terrace access and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms and your bathroom are upstairs. The bedroom with double bed and large window elements lets us even see the sea. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and is therefore ideal for children and adolescents. Baby cots will be prepared on request. Throughout the house you have free Wifi Internet available. If you arrive with a rental car, you can conveniently park it on the property behind the large gate. The great location of our house makes it an ideal holiday home for families with children and friends who want beach vacation and do not want to miss a private pool.
