The villa is located very close to the beach and offers a fantastic view of the Formentor peninsula.
Inside, it is equipped with the highest quality materials and unique design furniture. The house offers a living area of 300 m², distributed over three floors. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and four bathrooms. There is also an office, a large gym and a garage.
Outside, you will find a dining area, swimming pool and barbecue area.
In the living room there is a large leather sofa with a chaise longue. The television can rotate 360º, and can even be seen from the outdoor relaxation area. In the elegant dining room, there is a marvellous sea view.
In this open environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances. These include, in addition to traditional appliances, a dishwasher and a wine fridge.
On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom, equipped with exclusive pieces by Philippe Starck.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms, one of them en suite. The double bed in the first bedroom has a solid and noble oak wood headboard. The second bedroom offers a spectacular sea view. It also has its own dressing area and an en suite bathroom with 2 hydromassage showers.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped gym, as well as a large television and surround sound system.
From the basement, you can access the garage and the service room with washer and dryer.
Modern design continues in the outdoor area, with spacious terraces, equipped with modern furniture and sea views.

                Lovely holiday house with private pool in Son Serra de Marina, Majorca North, perfect for families up to 6 people.
 
 The quiet village of Son Serra de Marina has a wonderful natural beach, which is nice for windsurfing. There are some good restaurants, a beach bar and a grocery shop. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Can Picafort, a town with lots of services. Son Serra is nice for peaceful holidays with friends and family.
 
 The two-storey house has a private, 5 x 2 metres chlorine pool which is surrounded by a spacious terrace with 2 sun loungers and a parasol, a barbecue and an exterior shower. You can prepare great meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, including a vitro hob, dolce gusto coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The living-dining area is nice for a lazy afternoon, watching TV (satellite channels). On the first floor, there's a nice little living area with desk and fast internet, ideal if you've to work remotely.
 
 The house has free Wifi and 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, double bed and wardrobe each. One bedroom come with a bathroom en-suite and there’s another, independent bath. You can park for free on the street.

 There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
 
 Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
