The cozy terrace with super comfortable chill-out furniture is the perfect place to relax after a refreshing dip in the long pool. Those who prefer sizzling in the sun, this can be excellent on the ergonomically shaped sun loungers which gives a beautiful contrast on the green lawn. The white covered chill-out bed invites us to feel like in a midsummer night's dream.

The stylish interior stretches over an impressive 166m² and is divided into 2 levels. The open-plan ground floor is very straightforward and modern. The living area is divided into cozy TV zone with sofa and satellite TV, bright dining area with wooden table for the whole family and adjoining designer kitchen with practical kitchen island, of course, fully equipped. The entire interior was chosen very puristically to create a pleasant sense of space without sacrificing comfort and style. In the upper part of the villa are the 3 large double bedrooms ( 1 with 2 single beds, 2 with 1 double bed each), all very modern and comfortably equipped. Each bedroom has its own TV, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe. The sleeping area of ​​the villa is also very high quality and guarantees the desired holiday rest. Upon request we can provide you with baby cots and high chairs, so that our smallest guests feel well. Even in the cooler season you feel very comfortable here, because the entire house is heated in winter. Villa Reus is a charming and spacious single-storey house located just 260 metres from the impressive Alcudia Bay. In this area, the extensive beach with turquoise, warm and crystal-clear waters is perfect for families with children, as the sea depth is very low and safe.

Muro Beaches is also an ideal meeting point for cyclists and surfers, thanks to its excellent infrastructure and specialized services. From professional routes to family rides, the area offers options for everyone. Hiking enthusiasts will also find a wide variety of nature trails here.

The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is complemented by an independent utility room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing area. From here, access is gained to a porch with an outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Additionally, at the rear there is a garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.
