Modern villa almost on the beach for 6 adults plus babies, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, AC, heating, free wifi, pool with chill-out area and BBQ, in Platja de Muro,only 180m to the sandy beach
For many, the beach of Muro remains one of the most beautiful on the island. The turquoise water, the fine sand, the "Chiringuitos", the picturesque view of the bay and much more you will get included. The Playa de Muro covers a 5.5 kilometers long coastline. In the middle of the long boardwalk you can enjoy amazing boat trips on one of the excursion boats in high season. The beach leads flat into the crystal blue sea, to the "swimming depth" you have to walk a few meters. For children, this is a true holiday paradise. Fine sand near the nature park S'Albufera .... white wellness lounge furniture in the Royal Beach Club, lifeguards from 10h - 18h, grandiose views, live music, here everyone gets their money's worth ... The best part is that this chic holiday home is located only 180m from the sandy beach. The villa "Cuc de Mar" is the neighbor villa of "Pau de Mar". Very handy if your group consists for example of 14 people, then you rent both houses and will have great holidays together with lots of calm and space. The pretty outdoor area is very well maintained and modern-practical. The cozy terrace with super comfortable chill-out furniture is the perfect place to relax after a refreshing dip in the long pool. Those who prefer sizzling in the sun, this can be excellent on the ergonomically shaped sun loungers which gives a beautiful contrast on the green lawn. The white covered chill-out bed invites us to feel like in a midsummer night's dream.
The stylish interior stretches over an impressive 166m² and is divided into 2 levels. The open-plan ground floor is very straightforward and modern. The living area is divided into cozy TV zone with sofa and satellite TV, bright dining area with wooden table for the whole family and adjoining designer kitchen with practical kitchen island, of course, fully equipped. The entire interior was chosen very puristically to create a pleasant sense of space without sacrificing comfort and style. In the upper part of the villa are the 3 large double bedrooms ( 1 with 2 single beds, 2 with 1 double bed each), all very modern and comfortably equipped. Each bedroom has its own TV, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe. The sleeping area of the villa is also very high quality and guarantees the desired holiday rest. Upon request we can provide you with baby cots and high chairs, so that our smallest guests feel well. Even in the cooler season you feel very comfortable here, because the entire house is heated in winter.
