Two bedrooms with direct sea views, two full bathrooms upstairs, one of them en suite. 1 bedroom is equipped with two single beds measuring 1.10 m, so it is possible that up to three children can sleep comfortably.
The main floor is completely open with large windows and direct access to the furnished terrace where you can enjoy the pool. The living room is comfortably arranged with a large sofa and flat TV, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and can be kept divided if desired. It has a large pantry and a laundry area. A country road leads us to the house. With a magnificent stone facade, we enter the house from the back, from the private parking lot. Inside we find a three-part large living room. The first part is in front of the sofa and a cast iron fireplace. Through an arch we reach the second part, which is designed as a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped open kitchen with beautiful oak colored furniture. Dining, living room and kitchen lead directly to the outside terrace.
On the ground floor we also find a toilet and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom in suite with a shower.
On the 2nd floor is a bedroomwith a double bed and bathroom in suite and another room with two single beds. Last on this floor is a full bathroom with bathtub.
The outer terrace, last, is spacious and completely covered; there is a table to eat outside and enjoy the wonderful view. On the side of the house is a swimming pool and next to it an artificial lawn area with sun loungers.

In this country house with a private swimming pool and garden, 6 people can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside near Manacor.
The estate is 10-15 minutes driving from the Drac Caves and the fine sandy beach of Port de Manacor. The eastern beaches are the most beautiful on the island, including Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, Cales de Mallorca and Canyamel. In Capdepera you can visit the castle or play golf, while in Cala Millor the family enjoys a day at the safari zoo or on the extensive beach. In Manacor there are large supermarkets, bars, shops and cellers, typical Mallorcan restaurants.
Start the day with a swim in the private pool, followed by a delicious breakfast on the terrace or sunbathing in the garden – this could be your day-to-day in this beautiful country house. The chlorine pool is 8 x 5 metres in size and there are a total of 6 sunbeds for tanning. The little ones in the family will find a small football field and plenty of space to run and play. The single-storey house offers a comfortable living room with satellite TV, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and kitchen utensils. For resting, there are 3 double bedrooms and a cot for our smallest guests. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, both with a hairdryer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.
