In this villa near Manacor with private swimming pool and garden, 6 guests can enjoy quiet holidays in the countryside.
This finca is a 10 – 15 minutes’ drive from the Drac Caves and the fine grained sand beach of Manacor Port. The east beaches are the most beautiful ones of the island, for example Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, Cales de Mallorca and Canyamel. At Capdepera you can visit the Castle or playing golf at the golf course of the village. In Cala Millor you can enjoy a day in the zoo with your family. In Manacor there are big supermarkets, bars, stores and cellars, typical restaurants.
Starting the day with a bath in the private swimming pool; later on having a delicious breakfast on the terrace or just sunbathing in the garden; this could be a perfect day in this villa. The chlorine pool is 8 x 5 meters and there are a total of 6 hammocks around the pool. The family’s little ones will enjoy running and playing around big spaces and at a small football field. The one storey house has a comfortable living room with satellite TV, a dining area and a well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and kitchen utensils. To rest there are 3 double bedrooms and a cot for our little guests. The house has two bathrooms, one with shower and the second one with a bathtub, both with a hair dryer. A washing machine, an iron and ironing board completes the house equipment.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be collect upon arrival. This payment is mandatory.
