Description
Rustic farmhouse over 200 years old, located 3 km from the town of Felanitx, in the rural area of Son Prohens, surrounded by cereal fields and vineyards. The farmhouse has been renovated several times, most recently in 2017, preserving its traditional character while offering all the comforts of a modern home.
The house has 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The maximum guest capacity is 7 people. All rooms have air conditioning, WiFi internet connection, and satellite television.
Access to the house is through a reception area that includes the staircase to the upper floor. To the left of the reception area is the spacious living-dining room divided into two zones: one with a large table for 10 people and another with two comfortable sofas in front of the television. From the dining room, access is gained to the fully equipped kitchen, which has a lovely typical Mallorcan fireplace, gas cooker, oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender and all the necessary kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, with access to the rear terrace. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower (in the photos it appears with a bathtub, but it was renovated the following winter).
On the upper floor, we find a living room, three bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious private terrace, as well as two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower (both updated after the photos).
The exterior stands out for its spacious and well-maintained garden of over 100 m² of lawn, with native and tropical plants such as bananas. In the garden is the private swimming pool, 10 metres long, equipped with sun loungers, and next to it a large covered terrace with an excellent built-in barbecue and a large table to enjoy outdoor meals in a rural and peaceful setting.

Die Outdoor Küche und der Pool, die Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen, die gute Ausstattung. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich sehr, das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Ruhig und sehr abgelegen. Wäschewechsel und Bäderreinigung zwischendurch. Handtsee more

Wäschewechsel und Bäderreinigung zwischendurch. Handtücher, die aus Versehen nicht gewechselt wurden durch das Reinigungsteam, wurden sofort am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert. Sensationeller Service! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage der Finca ist toll, rundherum Obstbäume und Zitronen, absolut ruhig in der Natur. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Eine tolle Außenküche mit Grill und großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank. Ein sehr netter Eigentümer. Kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen. Diesee more

Ein sehr netter Eigentümer. Kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen. Die Finca hat ein automatisches Tor und ist Alarmgesichert.

Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat wäre eine Außentoilette mit Dusche, da man immer ins Haus mußte.

Finca Ca'n Pereta is an old rural house which has been refurbished, although preserving the original character. The property, which is surrounded by attractive gardens, has 4 double bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. It has WiFi Internet connection and satellite TV.
The external areas of the house are very attractive. There is a porch with a dining table close to the BBQ area.There oval-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace with 8 hammocks and 2 parasols.
Next to the pool terrace is a garden large lawn aereas and trees.
Experience Majorca from its most traditional side with all comfort and tranquility.
