It is a farm with more than 2 centuries old that has been renovated several times, the last one in 2017, which preserves the traditional character with all the comforts of a modern house. All rooms have air conditioning, the house has Wi-Fi internet connection and satellite TV. The house has 5 double bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 10 people and 3 complete bathrooms.

We access the house through a hall where the access staircase to the upper floor is located. To the left of this we find a spacious living-dining room with two different areas, one with a large dining table for 10 people and the other with two sofas in front of the television. From the dining room we access the fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful typical Majorcan fireplace, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender and all the necessary kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with access to the rear terrace. Finally, on the ground floor we find a double room and a complete bathroom with a shower (in the photo it appears with a bathtub but this winter it will be renovated).

On the upper floor we find a living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each of them, a bedroom with a double bed and a large private terrace, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and another complete bathroom with a shower (in the photo it appears with bathtub but this winter it will be refurbished).

Finally, outside we find a beautiful garden, with more than 100 m2 of perfectly manicured lawn, in which native and tropical plants such as banana trees are combined. In the garden there is a 10-meter-long private pool equipped with its corresponding hammocks and next to it a large covered terrace that has a wonderful barbecue and table to enjoy pleasant meals in the open air.
