    On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
    The second accommodation for the third guest is on the mezzanine.

    Beautiful outside area with terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture so you can enjoy the good weather typical of Mallorca.

      Fantastic and renovated finca in Sineu Between Sineu and Ariany, only a few minutes from the centre of the village. Capacity for 4 people. Fully reformed, all rooms are on one floor, Enjoy your stay in this bright and tastefully furnished finca. You will have a large living/dining room with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. There is a satellite TV and you do not have to do without internet/WLan. In the winter months you can heat the finca with a pellet stove (pellets not included in the price). There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of them en suite. Cosy outdoor area with large veranda and dining area, the garden is surrounded by fields.       A charming finca with pool in the heart of the island This pretty finca is located 4 kilometres outside the village of Sineu in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 5 people. It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and sleeping accommodation for 3 persons and a bathroom. The bright and friendly furnished living and dining area invites you to linger. The outside area with the well-kept lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. Not to forget the nice neighbourhood, the little donkey "Luis" who is always happy about nice visitors. During the high season, there may be an increased amount of flying noise.
