        Porxet is a charming farmhouse for 6 people located in the municipality of Inca, in the heart of Mallorca, just 4 km from the centre and 15 minutes by car from the beach.
This traditional Mallorcan estate stands out for its well-tended garden with fruit trees, creating a natural and relaxing environment to fully enjoy your days outdoors.
It has an independent kitchen with a ceramic hob and everything necessary to cook your favourite dishes.
Outside, it features a porch equipped with a barbecue and grill area, an ideal space for family gatherings and sharing pleasant moments, and an open-air parking with two parking spaces.
The dining room, spacious and bright, has air conditioning, satellite television and free WiFi for your comfort and entertainment.
The three bedrooms, located on the ground floor, have double beds, offering comfortable and peaceful rest. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

                Stone house rehabilitated with great charm situated in an idyllic setting with abundant vegetation. The estate, 7000 m2 and exclusively for guests, offers privacy and is perfect for disconnecting in contact with nature. It is located just 2 km from the town of Llubí, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacy; just 15 km from the town are the beautiful beaches of Muro and Can Picafort.
 
 The Space
 The house has been rehabilitated preserving the typical Mallorcan character and providing all comforts. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood stove.
 
 The 90m2 built are distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space housing living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with a Queen bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.
 
 In the attic is another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
