    Porxet is a beautiful finca for 6 people with a pool that is located in the municipality of Inca in the heart of the island, just 4 km from the center and 15 minutes by car from the beach.

    This beautiful traditional Mallorcan estate stands out for its vegetation with fruit trees and garden; a space open to nature in which to enjoy your days of vacations outdoors.

    The exterior enjoys a porch in which there is the barbecue area with grill, work area and a place to gather the family.

    The common living room area has Sat TV, Air conditioning, and free WiFi.

    The bedrooms are 3 and are located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a double bed.

    The bathrooms are 2: one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower.

The 7000 m2 property, exclusively for guests, offers privacy and is perfect for disconnecting in contact with nature. It is located just 2 km from the town of Llubí, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacy; just 15 km from the town are the beautiful beaches of Muro and Can Picafort.

      The Space
      The house has been rehabilitated preserving the typical Mallorcan character and providing all comforts. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood stove.

      The 90m2 built are distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space housing living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with a Queen bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.

      In the attic is another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
