Die Lage hat uns nicht gefallen, die Umgebung ist sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt, die Schnellstraße ist doch ziemlich laut & Non stop hupen die Autofahren, da direkt am Haus eine Unterführung liegt.
    Die Finca wurde als sehr familienfreundlich angegeben, bis auf das Kinderzimmer haben wir davon nicht viel mitgekommen… Das Trampolin stand zum Beispiel gar nicht im Garten, Hühner gab es auch keine (der Stall war leer) & die Schaukel war nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet, 1-2 Spielmöglichkeiten mehr wären wirklich toll!
    Es gibt eine BBQ Station, die Möglichkeit ist toll, allerdings war diese nicht sehr gepflegt & wir waren zunächst mit reinigen beschäftigt, das erwartet man bei dem Preis dann doch insgesamt anders. Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen, da es zu viele Kritikpunkte gab.

    La casa aunque esta al lado de la carretera es muy tranquila, apenas se escuchan los coches cuando estas fuera, y dentro no se oye nada de nada, la casa es muy acogedora y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar para unos dias en familia, las camas son muy comodas, te dan toallas suficientes tanto para el baño como para la piscina, el diseño del salon /cocina y comedor juntos hace que todo sea mas comodo y ademas con las puertas de acceso a la pisicina en todas las estancias tambien hace mas accesible el poder salir a disfrutar del jardin y de la piscina, por cierto tiene una hamaca comodisima para poder echarte una buen siesta entre palmeras, y ademas hay una super barbacoa donde podras hacer carne/pescado y verduras y disfrutar con tu familia, en la parcela hay 4 gallinitas muy majas que si vas con niños se entretienen en darles de comer y recoger sus huevos . Al estar en Inca que esta en medio de la isla, tienes facil acceso a cualquier parte de ella sin que tardes mas de 30-45 min a casi cualquier parte .Tomás el propietario es una persona maravillosa, siempre atento a las necesidades que puedas tener y muy dispuesto a ayudar y recomendar sitios siempre, solo puedo decir buenas palabras de esta estancia y de su propietario, estamos deseando volver a la isla y volver a hospedarnos en esta casa.

Außerdem waren für uns (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) zu wenig Gläser da. Die scheinbar neuen Weingläser haben alle noch ein Etikett unter den Gläsern. Der Pool selber war auch nicht wirklich sauber.

      Porxet is a beautiful finca for 6 people with a pool that is located in the municipality of Inca in the heart of the island, just 4 km from the center and 15 minutes by car from the beach.

      This beautiful traditional Mallorcan estate stands out for its vegetation with fruit trees and garden; a space open to nature in which to enjoy your days of vacations outdoors.

      The exterior enjoys a porch in which there is the barbecue area with grill, work area and a place to gather the family.

      The common living room area has Sat TV, Air conditioning, and free WiFi.

      The bedrooms are 3 and are located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a double bed.

      The bathrooms are 2: one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower.

      Stone house rehabilitated with great charm located in an idyllic setting with abundant vegetation. The 7000 m2 property, exclusively for guests, offers privacy and is perfect for disconnecting in contact with nature. It is located just 2 km from the town of Llubí, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacy; just 15 km from the town are the beautiful beaches of Muro and Can Picafort.

      The Space
      The house has been rehabilitated preserving the typical Mallorcan character and providing all comforts. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood stove.

      The 90m2 built are distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space housing living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with a Queen bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.

      In the attic is another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

      The house is ideal for up to 5 adults, but can accommodate up to 6 guests if there are children.

      The exterior has been preserved as natural as possible, as the property is located in a protected area. It has a pool of 8.70x4.70 M and 1.46 depth. It also has a terrace with pergola and garden in the shade of lush trees.

      Services and Common Areas
      Included in the price are water, electricity, butane, firewood, tourist tax, bed linen and towels.

      Upon request, a crib and high chair for children can be provided at no additional cost.

      Other Noteworthy Aspects
      The property's electrical energy comes from solar panels. We ask guests for responsible consumption and to follow the usage instructions that will be provided, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.

      IMPORTANT:
      - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
      - Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
      - Optional firewood for the fireplace at 15 Eur/day
      - A refundable deposit will be charged.
      - Parties are not allowed.
      - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
