It is located 500 m from the village of Buger, 1 km from the supermarket "prop Buger, 1 km from the Restaurant Placa 10, 15 km from the Golf Club de Golf Alcanada, 15 km from the sandy beach Playa de Alcudia, 18 km from the water park Hidropark Alcudia, 19 km from the natural park Parc Natural de S'Albufera, 29 km from the rock beach Son Serra Marina, 55 km from the Aereport of Palma de Mallorca and is located in an ideal area for children and rural. It has a pool, garden, garden furniture, 15 m² of terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating, heat pump, air conditioning in all the accommodation, open air parking in the same building, 1 TV, radio. The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Rulers: - No smoking inside the property. -Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa. -You must make responsible use of the air conditioning and heating, turning them off when not inside the villa. -Guests are obliged to dispose of any rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay. - ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour of any person in your group, or exceeding the number of occupants allowed in the house. The owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat, either during the day or at night, without giving any refund. The amount already paid for the reservation and the damage deposit.
