    Accommodation of 110 m² cosy and very bright, with views of the mountains and the garden.

    It is located 500 m from the village of Buger, 1 km from the supermarket "prop Buger, 1 km from the Restaurant Placa 10, 15 km from the Golf Club de Golf Alcanada, 15 km from the sandy beach Playa de Alcudia, 18 km from the water park Hidropark Alcudia, 19 km from the natural park Parc Natural de S'Albufera, 29 km from the rock beach Son Serra Marina, 55 km from the Aereport of Palma de Mallorca and is located in an ideal area for children and rural.

    It has a pool, garden, garden furniture, 15 m² of terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating, heat pump, air conditioning in all the accommodation, open air parking in the same building, 1 TV, radio.
    The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

    - No smoking inside the property.
    -Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa.
    -You must make responsible use of the air conditioning and heating, turning them off when not inside the villa.
    -Guests are obliged to dispose of any rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
    - ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
    In case of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour of any person in your group, or exceeding the number of occupants allowed in the house.
    The owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat, either during the day or at night, without giving any refund. The amount already paid for the reservation and the damage deposit.

      This cozy country house is located in Buger. It is situated on a 7,000 m2 plot and in a very quiet location.
      The house has a living area of ​​80 m2. At the entrance you will find a livingroom area very warm as the house keep the original buildingstyle of stones, from the livingroom you go straight to the kitchen-dining area with a table for six people, from there you have a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, the house has one bathroom with a shower. It also has a couple of terraces that offer you a panoramic view to the garden, a pool and a nice bbq area where you can make a nice meals to enjoy with friends or family.

      IMPORTANT:

      Búger is idyllically situated away from all main roads in the north of the island, far from traffic and exhaust gases. The smallest municipality in Mallorca sits enthroned on the last hill before Sa Pobla’s potato fields. Many homeowners in Búger have a wonderful view of the Albufera, the Bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of Artà in the northeast and the Tramuntana Mountains in the west. The finca is located in the middle of this wonderful idyll. In just 2 minutes you are in Buger and in 3 minutes in Sa Pobla, where you have a large selection of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies and much more free choice. Every Saturday in front of the town hall there is the weekly market in Burger and on Sundays in Sa Pobla.
