The swimming pool has access through a gate for parents' peace of mind. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area and space to enjoy a pleasant evening.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub. There is a large living room and a large terrace with a kitchen and a big table where you can enjoy pleasant meals together.
The beaches of Sa Marina or Puerto de Alcudia are about 6 km away and in Alcúdia you will also find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, activities for children.... You can't miss the market on Tuesdays or Sundays, the historic centre, the city walls or the Roman city of Pollentia.

Also, the couches remained damp throughout our stay, which was uncomfortable and quite cold during the cool October nights. With some renovations and better maintenance, this property could truly be a wonderful family getaway.

This property is located in an idyllic location affording beautiful views across the open countryside to distant mountains. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes away from the long sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The Alcanada Golf is also situated by a short drive from the villa Borges, as well as the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park, that is also nearby and well worth a visit for nature lovers, ornithologists and walking enthusiasts.
Villa Borges offers a really comfortable family holiday home. The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating área with Satellite TV, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc.
The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have the facility of air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and from 10:00pm to 09:00am.
The crystal clear mosaic tiled huge swimming pool (50 m2) has child friendly Roman steps and it is surrounded by comfortably furnished, stone paved sun terraces with grassed area. A built in barbecue area completes the exterior of the house.
On the backside of the house we will find the laundry and a space to enjoy the ping pong table.
