Ca Na Francisca is a pretty single storey villa with views across the surrounding countryside. The gardens and grounds are a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the Mallorcan sun.
The villa consists of a large living dining room with TV, DVD, and Internet connection. There is comfortable sofas and dining table for 6 people. This is a lovely bright area with pool views and access to the terraces via the French doors.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all of the utensils you would expect to find in a holiday home. There is also a washing machine for your use and a shower room.
The villa has 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. There are two twin bedrooms and one double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There is a further full bathroom with shower over bath.
The covered terraces are an ideal place to relax in the shade and enjoy the mountain views with a long table and bench style seating ideal for family dining. Close to the barbecue area there is another dining area too.
The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, this is a well kept grassed area perfect for sun bathing and for children to play in the sun.

Staff at Nord Villas were excellent if and when needed anything (only twice) and the owners and housekeeping kept it very clean and tidy. Have reserved for 2019 already!

We had a lovely holiday here with our 2 year old son. We didn't manage to use the pool as the weather was too cold, but the villa was comfortable and had the amenities we needed.
The villa was situated next to a farm so you could hear the animalssee more

The villa was situated next to a farm so you could hear the animals but was not overlooked. Lidl was only 5 mins down the road, and it was just a short trip to the beach, so very convenient. Thanks for having us Xisco! |

It would be useful to have more baking pans for cooking as there weren't enough - only one.
It would be nice to have some basics like kitchen towel, surface cleaning spray and hand soap - we were there only a week and had to buy these things knowsee more

This property is located in an idyllic location affording beautiful views across the open countryside to distant mountains. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes away from the long sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The Alcanada Golf is also situated by a short drive from the villa Borges, as well as the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park, that is also nearby and well worth a visit for nature lovers, ornithologists and walking enthusiasts.
Villa Borges offers a really comfortable family holiday home. The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating área with Satellite TV, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc.
The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have the facility of air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and from 10:00pm to 09:00am.
The crystal clear mosaic tiled huge swimming pool (50 m2) has child friendly Roman steps and it is surrounded by comfortably furnished, stone paved sun terraces with grassed area. A built in barbecue area completes the exterior of the house.
On the backside of the house we will find the laundry and a space to enjoy the ping pong table.
