Traditional terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Beautiful stone arch in lounge area and interior stone wall, tastefully furnished with antique furniture. Pretty terrace, 2 outside dining areas and pool 6 x 3.50m. with sunbathing and eating area. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. Sheets and Towels provided. Arrival after 14.00 hours. Departure at 10.00 hours. Outside barbecue area. Short drive to gorgeous beaches of Cala San Vicente and Port Pollença. Fantastic central location for those wishing to while away their holidays discovering the old Roman town of Pollensa, sampling the local restaurants and watching the world go by in the cafes which surround the main square area with its magnificant church. 2018 there is air conditioning in all bedrooms. The house has wifi connection.

We love this quirkiness of this house as well as the space, equipment, aircon in the bedrooms and the pool deck / bbq area. The location is also fabulous. This is the 5th visit to Jesus and we’ve also requested 2 weeks next June also!!

The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet.

We didn't know how beautiful this house would be when we booked it. It is truly truly amazing. The pool was an absolute blessing as we spent most of the time there and the location could not have been more perfect. We only booked to stay a week busee more

The only thing that could maybe have been improved on is the 'information leaflet'. The wifi code was wrong, though the correct one was clearly visible in the villa and the information about the provision of towels was incorrect - there were loads osee more

Excellent stay with everything we could wish for. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Sadly a bit cold for utilising the swimming pool but a great facility to have in the summer to cool off. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It was very hot while we were there and there is no air con. The bedrooms were hot in spite of having fans and the top floor was very hot as there is no insulation in the roof. Some air con is the only thing we would like to improve it.

Townhouse Pollensi is situated in the historic quarter of the Old Town of Pollensa. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the fabulous main square, with all its pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops on your door step.
The property has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using the best quality materials: all the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. The house enjoys a private interior terrace with dining table, sunbeds, a separate sitting area, a lovely private little pool, and a fantastic covered BBQ area.
The house is for six people. On the first floor, there is one master en suite double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room.
Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is open to the lounge dining area, with a lovely table and seating for up to six people. The kitchen has all the modern appliances, such as ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. The court yard area is completely private and has a small pool to refresh. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi.
All in all, The property is a fantastic town house in Pollensa, extremely close to the centre and its well-known main square, but at the same time it offers privacy and a great terrace area with a superb covered BBQ area.

It consists of living room and dining room are distributed on one floor with direct access to the terrace and garden, fully equipped and good size kitchen.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds that share a separate bathroom, while the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have the same magnificent view over the villa grounds and the surrounding mountains.
All bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioners which, in line with local energy-saving initiatives, are scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The villa also has a magnificent private pool and a large lawned garden. Wifi and outdoor ping pong.
In front of the pool there is a large pergola that provides shade for the barbecue area and the outdoor dining area, which overlooks the gardens and mountains. The large lawn area is also ideal for a picnic or for children to play.
The property is located very close to Pollensa, close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa.
