The saltwater pool (9m x 3m) is easily accessible via steps and has a "sun deck" with shallow water, perfect for sunbathing. Enjoy comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with two large dining tables.
Stay active in the transformed underground garage, now a fitness room with various training units, including table tennis, TRX, treadmill, and satellite TV. The integrated lighting and music system on the terrace and rooftop terrace is conveniently controlled via iPad.
On the ground floor, the open-style living area features a central dining table in elegant white. There is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, XXL satellite TV, and minimalist decor, and another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) to entertain the kids.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island, microwave, oven, and a large fridge-freezer combination. Behind the kitchen is a practical area with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor bathroom is also a plus.
The upper floor is used as a sleeping area and consists of 6 double bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds) with 6 en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, USB ports, built-in wardrobes, and are furnished in a modern and high-quality style. We arrived in early June for a week and were disappointed that the pool was way too cold to use. You might consider a solar heater for the pool as you have plenty of space and sun for one.

We had some problems during our stay with the water supply and one evening also with the electricity. It gave us some problems. Regarding the level of the price for the rent of the house these things should have been in order.

Die Finca ist in einem Top Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Erdgeschoss bietet sehr viel Platz zum verweilen. Küche mit Kochinsel und ausreichend Platz für alle. So wurde das gemeinsame Frühstück zu einem tollen Einstieg in den Tag. Pool see more
Die Finca ist in einem Top Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Erdgeschoss bietet sehr viel Platz zum verweilen. Küche mit Kochinsel und ausreichend Platz für alle. So wurde das gemeinsame Frühstück zu einem tollen Einstieg in den Tag. Pool für Mai aufgrund des tollen Wetters voll nutzbar. Whirlpool auf der großen Dachterasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wer möchte kann den Gasgrill benutzen. Überall ist ausreichend Platz zum chillen. Musikanlage sowohl auf der Dachterasse als auch am Pool vorhanden. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung . Der Strand ist direkt am Haus. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man einen guten Überblick über das Meer und SonSerra. Dank an Andreea von 5StrasHome für den tollen Support am Tag der Ankunft. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.

Durch die Größe der Villa hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool war für Mai noch zu kalt, aber im Hochsommer sicherlich eine willkommene Erfrischung. In dem Ort gibt es zwei schöne Restaurants und ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe in Son Serra de Marina genossen. Auch wenn wir oben auf der Dachterrasse mal schön Musik gehört haben. Fanden wir es fern ab des Trubels hier doch am schönsten. |
