Country house for 2-6 guests with lots of charm in Selva, Sierra de Tramuntana, with private pool, terrace, WiFi and air conditioning.
The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Selva, one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in all of Spain. In the village, there is a small supermarket, good restaurants and bars. The surroundings are a true paradise for hiking and hiking. In 15-20 minutes by car, you can reach the Lluc Monastery, the Campanet Caves and Binissalem, famous for its wineries. A 10-minute drive takes you to Inca, a city with supermarkets, restaurants, hospital, petrol stations and many services. A car is necessary.
The property stands out for its peaceful location, beautiful views and the private chlorine swimming pool of 40 m2 with a depth between 0.6 to 1.7 metres. Around it, a furnished terrace extends with sunbeds, garden chairs, ping-pong table and umbrella. It has a wonderful outdoor kitchen with stove and unbeatable views. Next we find the furnished porch and on the other side the barbecue area to celebrate great evenings. The porch gives access to the cosy and warm living-dining room which has comfortable sofas, a satellite television. Our guests can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.35 metres, wardrobe and fan and a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. On the first floor we find 2 more rooms, one with a double bed of 1.5 metres and another with 2 single beds; these two bedrooms have air conditioning. The rooms on the first floor have spectacular views over the mountains. The house equipment includes Wifi, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board and a cot/high chair upon request.
To be taken into account:
If they want air conditioning, it costs 15 Eur per night and is paid directly on-site to the owner. If you do not want air conditioning, nothing is paid.
In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email. -
This charming finca offers a private elevated chlorine pool measuring 9 x 4 meters and 1.2 meters deep, surrounded by a terrace equipped with six sun loungers and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The large furnished porch invites relaxation with views of the natural surroundings.
Inside, an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area features air conditioning, a sofa, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob. A hallway leads to two double bedrooms, each with a 1.35-meter bed and a wardrobe; one of the bedrooms has air conditioning. A spacious bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, and large mirror completes this area.
The separate main kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, with direct access to the terrace. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. From the central hall, a spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine with two single beds, a balcony overlooking the pool and mountains, and air conditioning.
The property offers private outdoor parking for two cars. Located in a quiet area near Selva and the Tramuntana Mountains, it’s ideal for hikers. Attractions like the Lluc Monastery, Sa Calobra, and charming villages like Caimari and Sóller are a short drive away. Inca, just five minutes away, provides supermarkets, gas stations, shops, and restaurants, while northern beaches like Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia are reachable in 30 minutes.
Important Information:
Tourist Tax (Ecotasa): A mandatory charge for guests aged 16 and older. The rate is €2.20 per night per person during high season and €0.55 during low season. From the 9th night onwards, the rate is halved during high season. This fee will be collected via a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link prior to arrival.
