The Villa Son Forteza was completely renovated in May 2023 after a change of ownership. The house has new furniture, modernised sanitary facilities, and thermal insulation in the roof and walls to ensure high living comfort and improved energy efficiency throughout the year. Additionally, ventilation systems were installed in all rooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with is withosis system for drinking drinking for drinking water treatment. This enables the the use of water without concerns concerns for drinking and and cooking and, without without having to buy bottwater bottled water.

The location is ideal: Palma can be reached via the Ma-13 motorway in about 35 minutes, Pollença is 8 km away, Alcúdia 12 km and Sa Pobla only 5 minutes. Beaches, restaurants and water sports activities such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are very close by.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration processes will be handled via instant messaging outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this, in which case they will receive a separate message to carry out this payment.

We had a wonderful 14 night stay at this beautiful villa. Service received from Mallorca villa selection was excellent. Villa has everything you need for a family holiday. Well equipped & beautifully decorated through out. Pool & gardens with such a relaxing vibe. This villa is close to the coast but you will need a car nothing is in walking distance so please bare that in mind before booking. If you like a stroll out on a night to a restaurant this isn’t the villa for you. If however your happy staying at the villa using the bbq etc then we can not recommend it enough. It has recently been refurbished so time will tell if the standards are maintained by the service provider. One thing I will say & it is my only negative the beds were probably the most uncomfortable we had ever slept on. So much so I needed to see a physio on my return. A mattress topper to soften the beds would be recommended or a change of mattress. Saying that we have booked again for next summer & I will arrange for a mattress topper for the beds.

We liked the garden and the pool. The accommodation was just about right for our party with plenty of space and good quality furnishings and equipment. The local area was fine with good access to the places we wanted to visit.

There was no details of the local areathe villa, usually we have been provided with a book giving details of the villa, how to operate TV and other aspects of villa, for example pool lights and local amenities shops etc. There was no cold water in tsee more

Can Rua is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. The property, of recent construction, is set on one level.
There are three large bedrooms, one double with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
There is an open plan living dining area with American style kitchen. The high ceilings keep this area cool in summer and offer an abundance of light to enter the hub of this property. There is a smart TV with access to internet channels and Wifi connection.
Large patio doors lead out onto the well-furnished covered terrace with barbecue. There is also a ping pong table and docking station too for extra entertainment.
The gardens are immaculate with sun loungers for all guests around the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by open agricultural land offering peace and relaxation only a short drive from the nearest town.

Welcome to this modern and spacious villa with private pool and garden in Sa Pobla, 12 km from Playa de Muro; ideal for 2-4 guests.
Sa Pobla, in the centre-north of Mallorca, offers many services such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Every Sunday there is the famous street market where you can buy fruits and vegetables from the farmers. In 10-15 minutes by car you reach Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, both with fine sandy beaches. It is recommended to visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença. A car is necessary.
The house stands out for the beautiful exteriors, including the private chlorine pool with a size of 8 x 4 meters. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, sunshades and a garden with palm trees. The garden equipment includes a mobile barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the first floor of the house there is another furnished terrace with views of the countryside.
The rooms of the house are bright and modern, with an air-conditioned living-dining room with kitchen, free Wifi and satellite TV. The kitchen has gas and ceramic hobs and is well equipped, including a dishwasher and a gas oven. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, are comfortable, air-conditioned and have access to a terrace. Two bathrooms with a shower, a hairdryer as well as a washing machine complete the equipment.

Electricity surcharge: 0.35 Eur / kW (to be paid on the day of departure to the owner).
The deposit will be held by credit card and the customer will have to provide his details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.
