    Can Rua is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. The property, of recent construction, is set on one level.
    There are three large bedrooms, one double with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
    There is an open plan living dining area with American style kitchen. The high ceilings keep this area cool in summer and offer an abundance of light to enter the hub of this property. There is a smart TV with access to internet channels and Wifi connection.
    Large patio doors lead out onto the well-furnished covered terrace with barbecue. There is also a ping pong table and docking station too for extra entertainment.
    The gardens are immaculate with sun loungers for all guests around the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by open agricultural land offering peace and relaxation only a short drive from the nearest town.

Designed in a Mediterranean style, introducing a very new concept with large spaces, the house is very luminous and modern. The villa is situated between Sa Pobla and Muro. The villa sits on a plot of 15.000 m² total area. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, in a new concept, open to the dining/living room which includes cosy sofas, TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player and WiFi. There is also a garage.   The villa has been built with high quality materials, very functional and all the appliances are of high quality. There is air conditioning hot/cold and underfloor heating throughout the house.   IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
