Amazing Mediterranean-style villa for 9 people in front of the lighthouse of Portocolom.
We gain access the Villa Front del Far from the street, a very quiet street since it has no exit, a small Mediterranean garden takes us to the entrance door; we enter the house where we find a double height hall with the staircase that takes us to the second floor. On the right hand side we find a hallway that leads to the laundry room, to a full bathroom with shower and a double room with a double bed and with a built-in wardrobe; from the hall on the left hand side, we have another hallway that leads us to a single room with built-in wardrobe and a 135x200 bed, a room with 2 single beds of 90 × 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a double room with 2 single beds of 90 × 200 cm with terrace and sea views. Through the hall, we access the dining room divided into two areas, an area where there is a sofa and several chairs in front of the TV and the fireplace, and at the other end of the room, there is a dining table. From the living room we have access to the covered terrace where there is a large table to eat with impressive views of the sea and the lighthouse of Portocolom. On one side of the living room, there is a large fully-equipped Mediterranean-style kitchen with white furniture and with direct access to the covered terrace. On the second floor, there is an incredible suite with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, private terrace and spectacular views of the sea.
The pool is located on the rocks, a few meters from the sea and there are two umbrellas and 9 sun beds, next to the pool there is a lawn area.
The house has heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Wir haben ein wunderbares, heimeliges, edles, liebevoll eingerichtetes, persönliches Haus angetroffen, in welchem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, die Küchenutensilien, Gläser, Schüsseln, etc. genügend und sauber vorhanden. Die Umgebung gepflegt. …..und eine supertolle Lage. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Wir bewohnten die Finca mit 7 Personen: Eltern mit der Familie der Tochter, 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder. Wir hätten noch Platz für zwei Personen gehabt, mit eigenem Bad.

The wonderful holiday home "Can Fiol Port" is located in one of the most beautiful places on the east coast, the fishing village of Portocolom. The charming village with all its boathouses, the lighthouse and the picturesque look of the long quay with all its fishing and sport boats has much to offer. A boat trip with the whole family can be a highlight here. The beach of Portocolom "Cala Marcal" is with flat sandy waters and blue flag very family friendly and thoroughly recommended. Portocolom does not have a lot of shops but still offers everything for your daily needs. From the house everything is within easy walking distance. For larger purchases worth a trip to Felanitx, because here every Sunday morning a lively weekly market take place. Even in midsummer, Portocolom has a quiet atmosphere. Various restaurants and cafes adorn the harbor embankment- From traditional Mallorcan cuisine to haute cuisine, everything is served here. Traditional fishing conjures fresh fish and seafood every day ...
The great holiday house is located just a few hundred meters from the center and thus everything is super easy to reach in a few minutes walk. The property is completely fenced and private. The beautifully landscaped garden is a great holiday paradise for small and big explorers. The flattening pool (7m x 3.5m) with staircase and integrated bench is the ideal refreshment oasis on hot summer days. Between palm trees and Mediterranean garden Idyll it can relax outstandingly. The covered barbecue behind the pool is another plus and is very appreciated by travel groups. Here you feel protected by a roof and enjoy peacefully delicious grilled specialties, together in a sociable round at the large dining table. The extra refrigerator is a great base for refreshing drinks that should not be missing at any pool. On the left side is the outdoor bath installed. A cozy shade on comfortable rattan furniture can be found on the covered porch, where in the afternoon with a freshly brewed coffee is particularly well endure (the pool can be supervised from here). Or how about a small competition at the table tennis?
Even the 350 m² modern living area offers everything you wish for a rented house holidays. The interior is divided on 2 levels and absolutely tastefully furnished and decorated. Traditional furniture reaches out here with modern furnishing elements and creates a great living ambience. In the spacious living room you spend funny family evenings in front of the huge TV, while the others on the veranda, which is separated by large sliding glass doors, treat themselves to a glass or two of wine. The large red kitchen, which you can enjoy from the living room, also has access to the veranda, presents a cozy ambience with integrated fireplace, which ensures especially in the winter time for cozy kitchen meetings. The equipment is complete and offers on equipment just what you imagine in a well-functioning kitchen. For those who want to squeeze one or the other calorie before the extensive meals, there is a fitness room with various training units available for free use. The well-deserved night's sleep after a long day's holiday is guaranteed in 4 comfortable double bedrooms. The layout is as follows ... on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed) and 1 large bathroom with bath and integrated shower. The other 2 double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with double bed) can be found upstairs. Again, a large bathroom will be shared. All rooms are well furnished and equipped with comfortable beds. Not only a pleasant living environment is important on vacation, but also the necessary rest at night. Here in "Can Fiol Port" you will feel at ease at all times of the day and never want to go home. The basic equipment includes air conditioning, wifi internet, washing machine, bed linen and towels. Hairdryers are also available in the bathrooms, so you have more space in the suitcase for snagged holiday souvenirs.
