6-person house with a pool located 1 kilometer from Portocolom for 6 people.
This beautiful house is located on a small hill less than 1 kilometer from Portocolom. We enter the property by a dirt road that takes us to the parking lot of the house located at its back. We enter the 2-floor house where we find the dining room and a small toilet, the fully-equipped kitchen with white furniture and black countertop, the kitchen has a direct access to the terrace. Finally, on the first floor, we find the living room with a nice wrought fireplace and access to the terrace.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. In the basement, there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower and access to the terrace.
The terrace located at the front of the house has beautiful views and two covered terraces, one with chill-out sofas and another with a dining table next to the barbecue. The pool is quite large and is surrounded by a wooden platform and artificial grass, with 6 hammocks and 2 umbrellas ideal to disconnect as it is a very quiet area.
The house has central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Ausstattung der Geräte ist eine Zumutung. Eine Kaffeemaschine von 20€ und eine nicht nutzbare, schimmelnde Spülmaschine sind nicht zumutbar bei dem aufgerufenensee more

The chalet accommodates 6 people. The sea is practically at the bottom of the garden which has rose bushes and other flowers and in the surrounding area there are pine woods. Outside the house is a covered terrace with a table where you can enjoy your meals al fresco while enjoying spectacular views. The house has WiFi connection and satellite television.
On the ground floor there is a garage containing the laundry and a bathroom with shower. The rest of the house is on the upper floor which we reach via stairs to the upper terrace which has spectacular sea views and a table where you can relax and enjoy a drink while you watch the sun set.
Accessing the house from the upper terrace we enter the large living-dining room separated into two sections, one with a large wooden dining table and another with sofa and television, this part of the house offers great views. There is a simple but fully equipped kitchen, with gas cooker/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all the kitchenware you will need. Following the corridor we come to the bathroom (with shower) and one bedroom comprising twin beds. On the other side of the corridor are two further bedrooms with lovely views. Two-floor villa for 8 people in Portocolom, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an elevated pool.
This two-floor villa is located in a very quiet area of Portocolom, the house has no parking for customers but it is easy to park in front of the house; there is an entrance decorated with bamboo canes next to the main door, which leads to the living room in which we find the staircase to the second floor, the living room has a large sofa, a dining table and television, next to this, there is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.
Finally, on the ground floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each one, a bathroom with shower and hydro massage and a double-bed suite with a full bathroom with hydro massage bathtub.
From the dining room, we have access to the rear area of the house where we find a tent in which there is a dining table, a wonderful cement barbecue, 8 hammocks, a lawn area and a 6-meter long elevated pool.
