Spectacular villa in Portocristo, with wonderful sea views. The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and accommodates and 8 people.
A villa located on the sea front in the quietest and most exclusive zone of Porto Cristo and with access to a small rocky cove where you can enjoy the crystalline waters. About 50 metres from the house is Torre de’s Serral dels Falcons, one of the best preserved surveillance towers on the east of the island which dates back to 1577.
The famous Drach caves are just 500 metres from the house and are not to be missed. Also 500 metres away is the sports marina, where you will find a wide choice of bars and restaurants. The beach at Portocristo is less than 1 kilometre away.
The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda. Cala Petita and Cala Magrana are located 5 minutes from the house.
Other recommended visits in the area are the town of Manacor, a good place for a shopping trip, There is also Portocolom, one of the most attractive harbours on the island and, with its great choice of restaurants, well worth a visit for dinner. The markets of Santanyi (Fridays and Saturdays), Sant Salvador monastery, Santueri Castle, Sa Coma and Cala Millor with its spectacular beaches are other places of interest near the house.

Wir hatten leider das Problem, das nebenan eine Baustelle war, wir wurden darüber einen Tag vor unserer Anreise informiert und haben eine angemessene Entschädigung erhalten von Hauseigentümer, also alles in allem top!

Die Villa Donella ( 360 ) ist traumhaft, tolle Ausstattung in bester Lage mit grandioser Aussicht. Großzügige Räume, insbesondere der Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche, schöne Schlafräume mit genügend Stauraum und eigenem Bad, sowie schöne Terrassen zum relasee more

Die Villa hat eine super Lage . Meerblick aus jedem Fenster der 2.Etage , von der Terrasse und von der Dachterrasse sowieso :-)
Der kleine Strand und der Hafen von Porto Cristo ist fußläufig zu erreichen (20 Min.)
Ein kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls .see more

Der kleine Strand und der Hafen von Porto Cristo ist fußläufig zu erreichen (20 Min.) Ein kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls . Für den Großeinkauf hat man allerdings besser ein Auto . Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter hilfsbereit und jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen erreichbar . Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und das Haus auch ganz klar empfehlen <3 |

Das Haus hat viele Treppenstufen -für uns gar kein Problem aber für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen oder sehr kleine Kinder evtl schwierig .

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (4 und 2 Jahre) im Haus. Alle waren begeistert. Die Aufteilung auf 3 Etagen ist zwar ungewöhnlich, ermöglicht aber Terrassen in verschiedene Himmelsrichtungen sowie wunderschöne Ausblicke auf das Meersee more
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (4 und 2 Jahre) im Haus. Alle waren begeistert. Die Aufteilung auf 3 Etagen ist zwar ungewöhnlich, ermöglicht aber Terrassen in verschiedene Himmelsrichtungen sowie wunderschöne Ausblicke auf das Meer und in die Bucht von Porto Cristo. Nicht zu vergessen die Dachterrasse mit einem Rundumblick. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und der Wohnbereich sowie die Küche im oberen Stockwerk sind riesig mit einem tollen Ausblick.
Lediglich der Pool war etwas kalt, was aber wohl dem schlechten Wetter vor unserer Ankunft geschuldet war. Wir können diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. |

A modern villa in Porto Cristo accommodating 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and enjoys wonderful sea views.
A fantastic modern house on three floors located in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cristo with wonderful sea views from almost all the rooms. The house has the latest modern features, air conditioning, WiFi connection and satellite TV.
On the main floor, which we can also access from the lower level via attractive exterior steps, we find a large living room with sofa and television. From the living room we access two attractive terraces. The main terrace, with views of the harbour at Porto Cristo leads to the prívate pool and barbecue. There is a sheltered terrace with a table which seats 8 people where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. The other terrace, which is furnished and situated next to the entrance and south facing, also enjoys lovely views. Next to the dining room there is a small lavatory. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, pans, paella pans, crockery and cutlery. Finally, on this floor we find a double room with King size bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the next floor we find the main double bedroom suite, which has walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower and bath and a stupendous furnished terrace with fabulous views. On the same floor there are another two double rooms with en suite bathroom and lovely sea views. On the ground floor of the house there is a large garage with capacity for a number of vehicles, a small lavatory and the laundry.
Externally you will find all you need for your holidays, with a prívate pool at the rear of the house and fantastic views of the sea and sports marina. There is a terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and hammocks.

In the center of Porto Cristo facing the sea is this beautiful Mediterranean-style villa. 400 m² of good taste and art, cared for down to the last detail. This bright villa is furnished and decorated with a modern touch and has large spaces. From all the balconies and terraces you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea.
The house is ideal for family vacations as it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 3 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds so that 8 people can comfortably sleep.
In front of the sea is the large 33 m² pool - semi fenced to provide more security - and the 40 m² terrace with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The villa also has a covered terrace and electric awnings.
The kitchen is modern and bright, American style and induction hob, equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
There is internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and 4 TVs.
The villa is only 50 m from the rocky beach "Cala Inge" and 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa Porto Cristo". For leisure and sports there is the golf course "Golf Son Servera" 14 km away and the Rafa Nadal Club Fitness Center 12 km away.
