Quiros 2 is the ideal holiday rental for a larger group, featuring a private garden, where children have plenty of space to play while adults have the option to enjoy the BBQ, play ping pong or relax on shady furnished porch area.
This impressive villa is 500m2 and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house has the ultimate mod-cons, its decor and furnishings are bright and sleek, everything has been customised to the finest detail to make guests feel content, immersed in the holiday atmosphere with the utmost comfort. The entrance hall features a sweeping staircase, while the large lounge is comfortable and bright with a huge French window which opens to the garden. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on this floor. There is a double bedroom with full bathroom next to it and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor too. A staircase leads to the upper floor with 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms – all these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a lot of wardrobe space. All bedrooms have access to terraces or balconies.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort. Satellite TV and Wifi internet are also included.

The villa is located 1.5km from the centre of Puerto Pollença in a very peaceful area overlooking the sea. The white sandy beach is just 500m away, so that guests can choose between plunging into the large swimming pool or going for a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea.

The pool is lovely. Excellent dining areas both inside and out. All rooms were spacious and have bathrooms. We welcome pack was good, but basics such as adequate salt and pepper would have helped.

Would like an option of heating the pool in early season. There was some very uneven grass areas where the pool had been repaired/serviced. Hand soap in all of the bathrooms should be provided.

We have now added hand soap to the bathrooms, thank you for pointing that out.
We will feedback to the gardener regarding the uneven grass.
The pool cannot be heated as it is not fitted with the mechanism to be heated, but it is a great idea.see more
