Can Canaves is a traditional villa ideally situated between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. You immediately feel relaxed when you arrive at this property.
The house is all at ground level with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.
The open plan lounge – dining room with comfortable seating, TV, DVD and WiFi leads out to the covered terrace which overlooks the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry, dishwasher, microwave and ample marble work surfaces.
There are four air conditioned bedrooms which are traditionally furnished. There are two twin bedrooms and two double bedroom which share two shower rooms. The bedrooms are light and airy with bright prints and cool white walls.
The garden is a beautiful space with an abundance of greenery. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. There is a large stone build barbecue next to the house for those who like to cook outdoors and under the long covered terrace you will find various seating areas and dining furniture. There is also a large roof terrace for extra sunbathing space.
To add to all of this, the owner has installed a ping pong table and a small childrens play area.
The pool and gardens are very private and are at the back of the villa, at the front, you will find ample parking space.
