    Description

    This pretty, charming property is set amongst the Pollensa countryside only a short drive from the old town. The gates at the entrance lead you along a private drive to this cottage style house.
    As you enter the property you notice that it has a cosy feel. The living room has two pretty, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV. From the central hall you enter the kitchen which is bright and airy, it is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen leads through to a dining room with modern furniture, a large full length window and door lead out onto a side patio. From here you can also access the laundry room with washing machine.
    On the ground floor there is also a suite, a private sitting room with sofa leads through to a double bedroom and small en suite shower room. The terrace is also accessible from this room. There is a separate bathroom with a shower / small bath combination, toilet and bidet to be found in the entrance hall of the house.
    Climbing the steps to the first floor you will find a further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and beautiful views over the gardens. The second bedroom is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom has access to a private terrace at the back of the property. This is an ideal place to relax, read or catch the sun. The bathroom on the second floor has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
    The outside areas offer peace and tranquility. There are two terraces at the front of the house, one of the terraces has a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a brick built barbecue. The other terrace is very spacious and also has a dining table this is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an evening BBQ.
    Across the garden is the sun terrace and swimming pool. The spacious sun terrace has six sunbeds. From this area the views are stunning. There is the Puig de Maria mountain to the left and the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa in front. The mature gardens are well kept and are vibrant with a variety of shrubs, trees and grassed gardens offering guests a feeling of privacy whilst being surrounded by nature.

    Hello Alan, Thank you for your review. We suffered greatly in all houses and apartments due to Storm Dana,. Noted on the gravel. The rain and change in temperature does bring out the mosquitos. Noted on the citronella products too.

      This is a pretty traditional stone house for 6 people with private pool. All set on one level Can Blanco is found in the peaceful countryside just outside of Pollensa Old town (approx. 2 km). Fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The open plan kitchen, dining, living area is very spacious and airy. The living area has comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and Wifi connection. This is an ideal hub to join together and plan your day, have breakfast and enjoy the garden views from the large windows.
      There are three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Both bathrooms are complete with bath/shower, toilet, bidet. Outside within the gardens there is a shaded furnished dining terrace with brick built barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The inviting swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers on the well-kept lawn. There is also a covered terrace for a game of ping pong. There are spectacular mountain views which makes this villa ideal for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. Pool towels are included.

      Can Pansa is ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa has recently been refurbished (2022) and has a stylish fresh look.
      The accommodation is all on the ground floor with three bedrooms, one double and two twins all with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, a large lounge-dining area and a separate kitchen. There is also a utility area with washing machine and access to the terrace by the pool.
      There is a covered dining terrace with relaxing sofas, an ideal area for al fresco dining or an afternoon siesta.
      The raised pool area has sunbeds for all guests and a parasol to offer shade. There is ample seating areas and a large BBQ for that true holiday experience. The villa also offers a ping pong table for entertainment.
      Can Pansa is the ideal family villa not too far from the amenities and with easy access to the old town or beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
