But we had an overall good experience. I recommend this villa without a doubt. With a little bit of investment in the house, that would be 5 stars. |

The inside however could need some renovation and decoration work. The appliances (fridge, coffee machine, glass-ceramic cooktop) and the bedding are average quality, the master bed is 140cm wide which is the minimum, the other beds tend to squeak a see more

Amazing villa with private pool and lovely garden in Pollensa, Mallorca North, perfect for 8 guests.
Pollensa is one of the most beautiful areas of the island. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and the Pollensa golf course. The next beach, Puerto de Pollensa, is just 6.5 km from the house and the surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. We recommend you to visit the old town of Pollensa with the Calvary or visit the Tramuntana Mountains, including Sóller and Valldemossa. A car is necessary.
The exteriors are amazing and feature a private, 10 x 6 metres chlorine water pool, a spacious terrace with several sun loungers, an exterior shower and a barbecue. You will enjoy sunbathing in the well-kept garden, playing ping-pong or al fresco-dining at the porch.
The one-storey house has a living-dining area, a fully-fitted kitchen including a vitro hob and a dishwasher and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom comes with 2 single beds and an en suite shower bath while 3 rooms are fitted with a double bed. The house provides you with 2 separate bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a shower and hair dryer; free Wifi, a TV with satellite channels and a cot on request.
To consider:
The air conditioning is working from 8 pm to 8 am.
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be paid before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
