This renovated Mallorcan-style house is located in the Urbanization de la Font, just a few minutes by car from the town of Pollença.
It has a spacious and bright living room with Mallorcan decoration and modern details that differentiate it. From the dining room you can also access the pool terrace area where you can enjoy a large shaded area. At the back of the dining room and the staircase is the modern fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a utility room complete the ground floor of the property.
A wooden staircase gives us access to the area of the rooms, all of them with wooden floors and consist of a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and with access to a balcony terrace which has beautiful views towards the valley of La Cala Sant Vicenç. It also consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Another bathroom with a shower shares this area of the house. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units with restricted hours.
Large and modern outdoor pool (8x4mts) that give a unique touch to the exterior of the villa. In addition, the garden consists of a generous lawn area. The porch with an outdoor barbecue is really spacious and perfect to enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family. The ping pong table will be a good meeting point.
The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.

Cal Rei is a traditional country house ideally located between Pollenca old town and Puerto Pollensa.
The villa offers accommodation for 5 people. Inside, steps off from the living area lead down to the double bedroom with air conditioning and shared shower room. A few steps lead up to the twin bedroom with air conditioning and the single bedroom with fan.
The living-dining room has a wonderful stone floor which keeps the area cool is summer months and there is also an open fireplace which can be used in the early and late season. There is a large dining table with chairs, comfortable seating, TV and DVD in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a second shower room accessed externally.
Outside Cal Rei offers relaxed summer living. Sun loungers surround the swimming pool and the gardens are very well kept. Close to the pool there is also a large BBQ area with built in grill and plenty of seating, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. There are comfortable terrace sofas and a shady parasol should you need to take a break from the sun. A ping pong table has also been provided for our guests’ entertainment.

This is a pretty villa for 5 people, near to Pollensa. It has a wonderful garden in a quiet area. Outside you have a beautiful look at the mountains. There is a fixed BBQ, a ping pong table and a covered terrace. From the terrace you come in the dining-living room with sofa, Sat-TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 persons. From the dining-room you come to the good equipped kitchen. Also you can go to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms, all air conditioned. From the double bedroom you have a wonderful look at the swimming pool, the garden and mountains. You can find also 2 bathrooms with bathtub. In an extra room is the washing machine.
