Highly recommended. We spent a fabulous week with 8 people. The house is comfy, modern, clean and well equipped.
The pool is great and the location was perfect for us: rural but a short drive to the beach.

el alojamiento era obviamente espectacular. Echamos de menos el acompañamiento en el check in y check out. Check in a las 16.00h y check out a las 10.00h teniendo en cuenta el importe del alquiler es un poco justo. Lo mismo con utensilios y básicos de higiene y cocina de la casa, faltaba gel de ducha, champú, sal, aceites.... Recibí un correo que la luz se cobraba a parte a 0.30 eur/kw, precio excesivo, valga la redundancia, por el precio del alojamiento. En conclusión, el precio que estás pagando no va acorde al servicio recibido

Lo sentimos pero nuestro equipo de limpieza tiene que hacer su trabajo durante la franka de 10 a 16. Del caso contrario ustedes se encontrarian una casa sucia. Sentimos no proveerle de todas las comodidades posibles pero no se nos requieresee more

Entendemos que es un inconveniente tener que comparar básicos para unas vacaciones de 5 días pero no podemos hacer nada. Sentimos que no esté de acuerdo con el precio de la electricidad pero esperamos que entienda que mucha gente desperdicia mucha energia en sus vacaciones. El precio es una medida preventiva para evitar esta situación. Sentimos no haber llagado a sus expectativas,. Un saludo. Equipo Mallorca Charme |

Locatie uitstekend! Zwembad en grote grasveld waren geweldig. Midden tussen vele kwetterende vogels, dus ook voor de natuurliefhebber een mooie locatie. Veel ruimte op eigen terrein, inclusief ruime garage. Ook binnen heel veel ruimte met 3 badkamerssee more
Locatie uitstekend! Zwembad en grote grasveld waren geweldig. Midden tussen vele kwetterende vogels, dus ook voor de natuurliefhebber een mooie locatie. Veel ruimte op eigen terrein, inclusief ruime garage. Ook binnen heel veel ruimte met 3 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers (met goede bedden) en een ruime keuken. Vaatwasser en wasmachine waren ook heel fijn.

Villa heeft een heel hoog plafond vanuit het woonkamergedeelte. Dat ziet er weliswaar mooi/,strak uit, maar hierdoor galmt het wel ontzettend en is het binnen heel gehorig. Een paar deurkrukken kraakten ontzettend. Geen blindering of iets dergelijks see more
Villa heeft een heel hoog plafond vanuit het woonkamergedeelte. Dat ziet er weliswaar mooi/,strak uit, maar hierdoor galmt het wel ontzettend en is het binnen heel gehorig. Een paar deurkrukken kraakten ontzettend. Geen blindering of iets dergelijks voor de badkamerramen, waardoor praktisch iedereen naar binnen zou kunnen kijken terwijl je op de wc zit of onder de douche staat. Wifi viel erg tegen. Soms geen verbinding te krijgen (met name als er al een aantal apparaten verbonden waren) en als er verbinding was, liet de snelheid te wensen over. Horren voor de slaapkamerramen zouden welkom zijn gezien de vele muggen.

Also die Villa an sich war ok , aber das allerschlimmste wir hatten 5 Tage lang kein Netz & vom WLAN brauche ich garnicht erst anfangen !! Also man ist einfach unerreichbar in diesem Haus , mit etwas Glück hat man abends für ca.2 Minuten Netz und WLAN Empfang .. hätte ich lieber einen aufladbaren Router mitgebracht !! Das einzig gute war wirklich wir konnten früher einchecken das war sehr nett von den Hausherren . Und das heftigste kommt noch 91€ für Stromkosten , also soviel zahle ich nicht mal für den ganzen Monat in Deutschland das ist echt eine Frechheit , anstatt das man das alles im Voraus bezahlt mit der Buchung wird einem im Nachhinein das Geld von der Karte gebucht , das ist wirklich frech !! Deswegen ist diese Villa wirklich nicht weiterzuempfehlen, und Sauberkeit ist glaub ich auch ein Fremdwort für das Putztrupp !! Dreckiges Geschirr versteckt im Schrank päääh , naja wir haben das beste daraus gemacht und hoffen nächstes mal auf besseren Service !! LG

In der Anzeige ist angegeben, dass der Stromverbrauch am Ende des Aufenthalts zu zahlen ist. Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem schmutzigen Geschirr und dass die Sauberkeit nicht Ihrem Standard entsprach. Es war uns ein Vergnügen, Sie als unsere Gäste zu haben und wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. |

The air condition worked really good in the whole house. 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 8 minutes to the beach. Mallorca Charme responded quickly if we had any questions during our stay. Highly recommend this place if going to Mallorca. Rent a car and explore the island.

Eine wunderschöne Villa. Wir waren zu 8 mit einem kleinen Kind dort und hatten eine Woche lang eine schöne Zeit. Es war sauber und der Pool war wirklich wunderbar. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat waren die Armeisen die sind einen Weg ins Haus geschsee more

Das einzige was etwas gestört hat waren die Armeisen die sind einen Weg ins Haus geschafft hat sobald man Essen draußen stehen lassen hat, aber das konnten wir gut lösen. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer wovon eins direkt in einem der Schlafzimmer ist. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. In etwa 10 Minuten erreichte man Supermärkte oder auch den Strand. Alcudia ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt und einen Ausflug wert. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Mehr Töpfe und Pfannen, man kocht ja schon gelegentlich und leider ist das nicht gut ausgestattet gewesen. Kann natürlich sein, dass wir durch die anderen Häuser viel zu verwöhnt sind.

Wir waren im Feb 2022 für 2 Wochen entspanntes Arbeiten in der Villa und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut, Fragen im Vorfeld der Anreise wurden schnell und kompetent beantwortet.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar alleine inmitten von Feldern. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, für Familien und Hundebesitzer sicher von Vorteil. Das Haus war genauso wie erwartet, es gab keine böse „Marketing-Überraschung“. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross, die Betten bequem, Schränke und Stauraum genug vorhanden. Der Blick geht aus allen Räumen in die Weite. Die Einrichtung ist modern reduziert gehalten. Für 8 Personen wird die einzige Couch im Wohnzimmer allerdings nicht ausreichen. Das Sat TV bietet alle gängigen dt. TV Sender. Zutritt zum Haus über die Tiefgarage, die ist gross genug für mehrere Autos und Fahrräder. Wir haben unsere Radtouren immer direkt vom Haus aus gestartet, der Naturpark s‘Albufera ist schnell zu erreichen und lädt zu Erkundungen per Rad und zu Fuss ein. Die Wlan Verbindung im Haus funktioniert, war aber recht schwach (wir waren zu zweit und paralleles Arbeiten mit Videoconferencing war nicht immer möglich), die Mobilfunkversorgung mit 4G war top. Bei unserer Anreise war kein warmes Wasser da, darum hat sich die Agentur nach Anruf über die Notfallnummer sofort gekümmert und 30 Minuten später war der Vermieter da zur Problembehebung. Auch der Termin zur Reparatur zwei Tage später wurde rechtzeitig angekündigt. |

Die Finca ist sehr großzügig und modern. Sie ist gut eingerichtet wenn gleich die Kochutensilien zum Teil kaputt waren und es an der ein oder anderen Schüssel fehlt. Dennoch-jammern auf hohem Niveau. Im Grunde war alles top.

Besides, there’s another, individual shower bathroom. The house counts with centralized air conditioning system, WiFi, hair dryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a safe. We can provide you with a pool fence upon request, it's perfect if you come with small children. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. Located in a traditional village street with spectacular views, this four bedroom house offers guests everything they may need to enjoy life in a Majorcan village. The house offers spectacular views of the Bay of Alcudia: Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from both the rooms and the entrance. Access is via a corridor with a high chiseled roof, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest standard. The owners have used only the best local materials. The lounge, with stone walls is well furnished and has satellite TV and high speed wifi. It gives access to the traditional stone kitchen, which is rustic in style but fully equipped. All four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom with shower.
