The landlady of the house is really a great person. She is not only extremely kind and helpful, she also takes care of small things immediately and bakes a very delicious coca! Thank you so much, Cati, for preparing this and giving it to us just like that! The house offers a lot of free space and possibilities for activities. It has a lot of charm and is quiet, but well located. Cati, thank you so much for letting us be guests in your house and for taking such good care of us! We will certainly come back again! |

Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da es groß, modern und ruhig ist und viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Billard, Tischtennis, Volleyball- und Fußballplatz, Kinderspielplatz und Fitnessstudio bietet.

Diese Finca ist eifach ein Traum. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Fürs Meer gilt das Gleiche, wobei wir das nur einmal besucht haben, weil es einfach zu schön war in der Finca.

Diese Finca ist eifach ein Traum. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Fürs Meer gilt das Gleiche, wobei wir das nur einmal besucht haben, weil es einfach zu schön war in der Finca.
Alle Zimmer sind gross und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das gilt auch für die restlichen Räume. Der Billardtisch war eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Sonnenbaden. Pingpong war bei uns auch Grossgeschrieben. Alles in allem eine Superlocation. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. |

Set in the quiet countryside in Majorca North, near the beach and with views to the Tramuntana Mountains, Villa Romani offers much space for up to 8 guests.
The villa is in the outskirts of Muro, a 10 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Both villages, Muro and Sa Pobla, provide you with supermarkets, restaurants and a gas station. This house is just perfect for families or groups seeking for hiking or cycling or a yoga retreat. Points of interest are the old town of Pollença, the lighthouse of Formentor, the market in Sineu, Valldemossa, Sóller or the Caves of Campanet
The private, 4,5 x 8 meter sized salt water pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with BBQ, loungers and parasols and has a depth of 1.6 meters. The furnished porch leads you to the living-dining room with open kitchen, including a vitro hob and satellite TV. All four bedrooms come with 2 single beds and 3 of them have a bath en-suite. Besides, there’s another, individual shower bathroom. The house counts with centralized air conditioning system, WiFi, hair dryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a safe.
We can provide you with a pool fence upon request, it's perfect if you come with small children.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
