Enjoy a peaceful holiday in this spacious rural house located in Muro, in an ideal location between the village and the coastal area of northern Mallorca. The property is about 3 km from Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, allowing you to enjoy a private and rural setting without giving up proximity to some of the best beaches on the island.
With approximately 350 m² of accommodation and a plot of over 8,200 m², this holiday home offers spaciousness, privacy and plenty of outdoor space, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people seeking rest, comfort and contact with nature.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a full bathroom, the main kitchen, spacious and well equipped, and different common areas designed for rest and coexistence. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms: one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two with access to a shared bathroom. To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
