    This cosy villa of 105 m² is located in the heart of nature, in a unique wine-growing environment in the municipality of Muro. The house is part of an old traditional Mallorcan windmill, which in the past was used for water extraction, still preserving its rural charm and history.

    The property belongs to the renowned Butxet Wineries, and all guests will enjoy an included guided tour of the winery, available during their stay.

    The house has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people:

    On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

    On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and an additional full bathroom.

    On this same floor there is also a small distributor with a sofa bed, ideal as a reading or rest area.

    The accommodation is bright, comfortable and fully equipped, and offers beautiful views of the garden, the vineyards and the mountain.

      This cosy finca creates a unique symbiosis between old and new. One part of the finca is over 300 years old and creates a perfect unity with the new part. Renovated and restored with great attention to detail, this holiday property offers real rest and relaxation.

      Through the mixture of genuine antiques and modern elements, the furnishings create a cosy atmosphere, so that you can spend a wonderful time in the finca even in bad weather.

      The finca is prepared for 6 people. The house has a living area of 145 m² on a plot of 22000 m². The house is situated on a landscaped area of 4000 sqm. The rest of the plot is used as a paddock for horses for some months of the year.

      The finca has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom are on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom are on the ground floor.

      The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, where you can spend a wonderful game evening. Furthermore, the house has a satellite TV, DVD and music system. International TV programmes are available.

      In winter, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the open fireplace. Heating is also available (1,15€/litre).

      The kitchen offers all comforts to prepare delicious meals. Here, too, attention has been paid to loving details.

      A very well-kept garden with a private pool ( 4m x 8m ) which provides cooling and enough seating and sun loungers invite you to spend unforgettable hours in the countryside.

      There are two beautiful covered terraces where you can take your meals or enjoy relaxing moments and/or evenings in the lounge area.

      An outdoor kitchen with a Bull brand barbecue is also available for communal barbecuing fun.

      In addition, there is a pool table in the house and for the outdoor area various games and a table tennis table for varied hours.

      There is ample parking space and the well-known white sandy beach of "Playa de Muro" is only a few minutes' drive away.

      The perfect finca for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

      In this modern finca with a private pool and garden in Muro, 15 minutes driving time from Playa de Muro beach, 4 guests will find a peaceful holiday home.

      The town of Muro in the north of Mallorca offers nice restaurants, a gas station, and supermarkets. The north coast and dream beaches like Can Picafort and Playa de Muro can be reached in 10-15 minutes driving time. We recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia and Cap Formentor. A car is necessary, especially to get to the beach.

      The outdoor area of the finca offers a well-maintained garden with 8 sun loungers and 4 sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a private chlorinated water pool measuring 10 x 4 meters and up to 2 meters deep. On the furnished terrace, you can end the day with a delicious barbecue with friends and family. There are sheep on the finca.

      The rooms are bright and modern. The living-dining room with air conditioning is open to the fully equipped kitchen. There you will find everything necessary for cooking, including a ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, invite you to dream. Both sleeping rooms offer air conditioning and a wardrobe. The equipment includes a shower bathroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, WiFi, a large 55-inch TV with German channels, a washing machine, an iron, and up to 2 baby beds and high chairs upon request. You will find an exercise bike and 2 yoga mats in the house. For the youngest family members, there are various toys.

      Important:

      The farm was completed in the year 2022.

      Events or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a high monetary fine.

      In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over. (2.2 EUR per guest per night during the peak season and 0.55 EUR per guest per night during the low season) From the 9th night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard. Payment is made before arrival via a secure payment link. Payment of these costs is mandatory.

      As prescribed by law, we require copies of identification cards or passports from every guest who is older than 16 years. This information is sent to us by email.

      The deposit will be blocked on your credit card via a secure payment link and refunded within 7 days after departure. The agency will send you an email for this purpose before arrival.
