Description
Welcome to this modern house in Maria de la Salud, 15-20 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro. Here, our guests find a lovely place for their holidays with a private pool.
The house is in the quiet village of Maria de la Salud and you can walk to the centre where there is a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. More services and petrol stations can be found in Can Picafort, Sa Pobla or Muro. By car you can go to the beaches in the north, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia.
The house has 3 bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, private salt-water pool and terrace. The pool is 8 x 3 metres in size and 1.6 metres deep. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace. Additionally, there is WiFi, satellite television and a fully equipped kitchen. The largest bedroom upstairs has an air conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs does not have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air conditioning from the large bedroom will also cool the room. The downstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning but if you leave the door open, the air from the living room is enough to cool the room.
The house was restored with great care, preserving its authentic style. Cot and high chair available upon request.
To bear in mind:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be retained via credit card and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
No events, parties or pets are allowed.
The swimming pool does not have lights.

Set in Maria de Salut in the center north of Majorca, this amazing villa with private pool, garden and terrace can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This modern villa is situated in the outskirts of the quiet, small town Maria de la Salut and it is surrounded by fields. A car is necessary, especially to go to the fine grained sand beach of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro, about 2 kilometers from the house. On Wednesday takes place the market in Sineu, at the same time the most traditional market of the island. Both towns Sineu and Petra are famous for its cellers, nice restaurants serving majorcan food. Maria de la Salut provides you with some basic services like a small grocery store and bars. Can Picafort and Inca offer more services, big supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Ideal for 6 guests, the spacious garden offers lot of space for your children to play. Around the private salt water pool, you can choose one of the sun loungers and have a little siesta. The plot is fenced and the house is in a secluded spot, so you will be able to enjoy private holidays with your loved ones. There's a furnished porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining and tasty barbecues.
The rooms are distributed over two floors and are decorated in a stylish and cozy way. Thanks to its large windows distributed throughout the house, rooms are bright and airy. The spacious sitting-dining room is open to the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, vitro hob, fridge and kitchenware. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. One more double room with en-suite bath and access to a chill-out terrace is on the first storey. The villa provides you with WIFI and air conditioning in the living room and in the upper bedroom. The other bedrooms come with a fan. Our guests will find another separate bathroom in the house and we can supply a cot and a high chair upon request.
