In this spectacular villa with private pool, 8 guests enjoy Mediterranean views in southern Mallorca, in Badia Gran.
The chalet is located in a dream location, 20 minutes' drive from Palma de Mallorca. The capital is famous for its great cultural and leisure offerings, the Cathedral La Seu and fashionable neighbourhoods such as Santa Catalina. Badia Gran is a quiet urbanisation, where there is a pharmacy, a small supermarket and some restaurants, such as the Bahía Beach Club. Badia Gran beach is rocky, but there are many sandy beaches approximately 10-15 km away, such as S'Arenal, Cala Blava or Can Pastilla. Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Arenal de Sa Ràpita are natural beaches that are 40 minutes' drive away. The nearest golf course is Son Gual or Puntiró. Supermarkets and more services are located in Llucmajor and Campos.
There is nothing better than waking up with the first rays of the sun and enjoying a swim in the infinity salt pool with direct views of the sea. The salt pool is 10 x 5 metres in size and has a depth of between 1 to 2 metres. It is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella, to get the perfect tan. The porch overlooks the pool and the Mediterranean and is the perfect place for an outdoor meal or a barbecue with grilled meats and vegetables. At the front, there is a second terrace with a table and chairs, so you will always find your preferred spot. After the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.
In the lounge-diner you can eat with views of the sea and the pool or take a nap on the sofa. The house offers satellite television, air conditioning in the lounge and in four bedrooms, WIFI, DVD and central heating for winter. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and is well equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and much more. On the ground floor you can choose between two bedrooms with a single bed and there is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Please note that one of these bedrooms downstairs does not have air conditioning and is a through room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and bidet. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and the fifth room comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. The laundry room offers washing machine, iron, ironing board, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. We can prepare a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. You can park on the plot.

PROHIBITED FROM MAKING NOISE OUTSIDE
It is not permitted to make noise outside the dwelling, including loud music, shouting, parties or any activity that may disturb the neighbours.
If complaints are received from the neighbourhood or if the Police intervene due to noise, fines and/or financial penalties will be applied, which may be deducted from the deposit.
We appreciate you respecting the tranquillity of the area and the coexistence rules.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 14 years and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
The fireplace cannot be used.

Das Chalet bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Uns haben die vielen Sonnenauf- und -untergänge tief beeindruckt. Dachten wir doch, jeder Sonnenuntergang und jeder Sonnenaufgang sei gleich, so wurden wir dort eines Besseren belehrt. Jeder Moment im Chalet ist einzigartig und wunderschön.
Es gefällt uns immer wieder, dorthin zu reisen. Die große Küche und die vielen Schlafzimmer machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Es ist faszinierend, mit den besten Menschen dort einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Was uns allerdings nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass wir erst um 16 Uhr ins Haus konnten. Wir waren schon um 09:00 Uhr auf der Insel und mussten mit unserer 5-jährigen Tochter sehen, wie wir den Tag bis dahin am besten verbringen. Trotzdem ist dieses Chalet der perfekte Ort für Erholung und unvergessliche Erlebnisse. Absolut empfehlenswert! |
