Inca is the third largest city of Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. While it is above all a residential and industrial city, the famous weekly market and wineries attract many tourists. After Palma, thanks to the train and public transport, it is one of the best connected cities on the island. For those who rent a car, Inca is just minutes away from the highway that runs the island, making it an excellent location for anyone wishing to explore the island. It is very easy to get from here to the beautiful north coast of the island. Inca's biggest attraction is without doubt the weekly market, which takes place every Thursday. It is one of the island's largest markets and fills the streets of the city center with small stalls. Although mainly known as a market with a variety of leather products (Majorca's "capital of leather"), you will also find food and other types of products. Here in Inca you will also find Mallorca's largest autumn fair, the "Dijous Bo" - an agricultural fair that has since become a party with pyrotechnic shows and live music. The streets of Inca are full of cafes and bars with terraces, but the refurbished cellars and the small and cozy restaurants have become the symbol of the city.
There is an additional cost for electricity consumption (0.30€/kwh) and heating (1.15€/litre) to be paid on arrival (according to the consumption reading during the stay).

Just a short distance away from Inca lies the Tramuntana mountains, a Unesco World Heritage Site famous for its stunning natural beauty and picturesque villages like Valldemossa and Sóller. The mountains offer a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and rock climbing, making it a popular destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The northern beaches, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are just a 30-minutes drive away. A car is necessary to explore the island and move around.
This beautiful villa boasts a private and fenced 8 x 4 metres pool, which is 0.6 to 1.7 metres deep, perfect for a refreshing swim on hot days. To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 14 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be paid on site in cash.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
