Absolutely loved this villa. Loads of space, very clean, high standard furniture eg. Comfy beds and sun beds, pool was great and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Couldn’t fault it to be honest.

The villa was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped to very high standard but I have marked the accommodation down slightly as there was restricted flexibility with regards to sleeping arrangements. There was only one rosee more

Die Finca ist bereits ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Da kann nachgebessert werden. Der Reinigungsdienst war am Abreisetag bereits um kurz nach 9 Uhr vor Ort. Das war etwas stressig.

Las calefacciones en las habitaciones no funcionaban hasta que solicitamos que nos lo activaran, la instalacion electrica fallo el primer dia , los utensilios de cocina deben renovarlos , sartenes... , el mando no tenia pilas.

Das Grillhaus ist einfach einmalig.
Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und man hat genügend Platz in dem kompletten Haus. Der Pool ist ohne Stolperfalle und das Angebot für Aktivitäten ist auch gegeben.

Our holiday house "Frare Dreams" is located in the rural triangle of Inca, Llubi and Sa Pobla, only 13 km from the paradisiacal beach of Platja de Muro. The finca is in an absolutely quiet location on a spacious piece of land with a picturesque view of the Tramuntana mountains. Surrounding villages can be reached quickly and easily. For shopping you can go to Inca (10 minutes by car), weekly markets can be visited in Sa Pobla (5 minutes by car) or Sineu (15 minutes by car) and relaxing visits to the beach are best enjoyed in Platja de Muro (12 minutes by car). Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ATMs, doctors, etc. can be found in the island's famous village of Sa Pobla. The surrounding area is very agricultural and its original charm has largely been preserved. From here you can start very well bicycle tours and excursions. We provide you with 6 modern mountain bikes for this purpose.

Upon prior request to the property:
Wine tasting in our own cellar, with or without pairing
Caviar and oyster tasting at the Villa
Brunch, breakfast basket, or private chef dinner/lunch service
BBQ service: BBQ setup + purchase of premium BBQ products
Delivery service from local restaurants to the villa
Events and celebrations/shootings:
Villa suitable for events and celebrations with a price of €2950 without overnight stay from October to May, inclusive. Chef/catering must be chosen from the villa's selection, other providers to be consulted. Price includes event organization service + final event cleaning.
Cellar:
The cellar will remain open for the client's use. We have an inventory of products and a list with all prices including VAT. Every morning, the maintenance staff will take inventory of the products and it will be presented to the client for confirmation of consumption. The client can pay in cash or by credit card at check-out or daily, whichever they prefer.
