Felanitx is a charming town located in the southeastern part of the beautiful island of Mallorca. The town itself is known for its traditional stone buildings and narrow streets. Visitors can explore the local Sunday market or visit the stunning Sant Salvador Monastery. The next beach is Cales de Mallorca. This idyllic destination boasts stunning sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and rugged cliffs, making it a paradise for beach lovers. The town offers a range of amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops, and water sports facilities, ensuring that visitors have everything they need for a memorable stay. A car is necessary.
Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a private chlorine pool that spans an impressive size of 9 x 4 meters. The pool's depth ranges from 1 to 2 meters, allowing for refreshing dips and leisurely swims. Adjacent to the pool, you'll discover a spacious terrace adorned with 12 comfortable sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, a delightful barbecue area awaits you. The outdoor dining area provides ample seating and a table tennis table, adding a fun and competitive element to your gatherings. As you explore the villa's grounds, you'll come across a charming garden showcasing an assortment of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, including fragrant lemon trees.
The villa's fully equipped kitchen boasts a dining area and features modern conveniences such as an induction hob, Nespresso and Dolçe Gusto coffee machines, an oven, kitchen utensils, and a dishwasher.Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, offering a spacious sleeping environment. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature two twin beds each, providing flexibility for larger groups or families. To cater to your personal needs, the villa offers three full shower baths, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. Each shower bath is equipped with a hairdryer. To enhance your overall comfort, fans are available throughout the house. For your entertainment, Wifi and a television with satellite channels are provided.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

Our Holiday house is located between Felanitx and Cala D'Or, just 8 minutes by car from the beach and bays. In the neighboring village of S'Horta you will find a small supermarket and some good typical Mallorcan restaurants. For a little more extensive shopping for daily needs, just drive a short distance to Felanitx, where you can also choose from many local products such as wine and ceramics. This area produces a number of very good quality white wines. In Sa Plaça (market square) the weekly market takes place every Sunday, and there are stalls with flowers and fresh goods every day except Mondays. As excursion tips, we can recommend the surrounding wineries, the imposing Church of San Miguel within the city and the nearby fairy castles "Castell de Santueri" and "Monastery of San Salvador".
