Surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area with sunbeds, it is the perfect place to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The meticulously maintained garden offers a serene and private environment. Additionally, it has a rustic furnished porch, ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying a barbecue with family or friends. For added convenience, the property includes an outdoor bathroom and shower. Children will have their own fun space in the playground with a slide. Parking is free and located outside the property.

Spectacular stone villa for 8 people with all comforts and a large pool.
This recently built beautiful villa combines traditional Majorcan style with the comfort and luxury of a modern house.
The driveway leads to the parking space in front of the house, which is characterised by a beautiful stone façade and green shutters. Upon entering the house, we access the hall, dominated by a beautiful stone and wood staircase. The living room is spacious and divided into two areas - one with 2 beautiful leather sofas in front of the fireplace and TV and the other with a dining table. From the dining room, three large glass doors lead to the back terrace. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is spacious and fully equipped with white furniture. Furthermore, on the ground floor is a suite with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with schower; and a utility room with washingmashine.
On the second floor there is a suite with two single beds and a spectacular bathroom with shower and bathtub, two double bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a double bed - and a complete bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms in the house have a terrace.
At the back of the house is the terrace with an outside table for outdoor dining. Here you will also find the swimming pool, which is more than 12 metres long, with sun loungers and two large lawn. On one side there is also the barbecue and a toilet.
The house has air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.

Welcome to this beautiful house in Felanitx with large terrace and views of the countryside, ideal for 8 guests and 34 km away is the paradisiacal beach D'es Trenc.
At 6 km you will find the village of Felanitx where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and everything you need.
Inside the villa you will find four bedrooms all of them equipped with air conditioning to guarantee a comfortable stay.
On leaving you will be greeted by a private oasis with a magnificent 6 x 3 metre chlorine pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply sunbathe in the comfortable sun loungers.
The villa has a terrace with barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining while contemplating the beautiful views.
