Lovely Holiday house near the beach with a large private pool for 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 of them en suite), whirlpool, air conditioning (hot / cold), satellite TV, table tennis, covered barbecue area, huge garden with a beautiful pool area, private parking spaces the property, near Cala Mitjana, Cala D'Or, Mallorca
Our property is located between Felanitx and Cala D'Or, only 3 minutes by car from the beach. In only 3km you will find some well-stocked supermarkets and some good typical Mallorcan restaurants and bars. In the next larger town, Felanitx, there are also many local products such as wine and ceramics to buy. This area produces a number of very good quality white wines. In Sa Plaça (market square) the weekly market takes place every Sunday, and there are stalls with flowers and fresh goods every day except Mondays. As excursion tips, we can recommend the surrounding wineries, the imposing Church of San Miguel within the city and the nearby castles in the air "Castell de Santueri" and "Monastery of San Salvador". If you are looking for a diving course, you can reserve classes at the MDS diving school, which is only 2.3km away ... Golf lovers have the Cala d´Or golf course just around the corner ...

Die Gartenanlage und der Pool ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Das Übergabeprocedere unkompliziert. Es sind viele gute, durchdachte Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Z.B. große Wäschespinne hinter dem Haus, ebenso die Parkplätze. W-Lan schnell und stabil. Sehsee more

Finca Son Nou is a beautiful newly built house finished in 2017. The house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of them "en suite"), air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.
From the outside it looks like a typical country house with its stone facade and Majorcan style shutters, but inside it is modern and very functional. All rooms of this property are distributed over one floor.
The main entrance leads into the large living-dining room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). In the living room are two comfortable sofas and an armchair in front of the TV. In the dining area is a large square table with seating for 8 people. From the spacious living-dining room you have direct access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool.
To the right of the living room is a bedroom with two single beds with direct access to the terrace and the pool and a bathroom with bathtub. On the other side of the house are the other two bedrooms. One double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and also direct access to the terrace and pool.
At the back of the house is the beautiful infinity pool. Under the large covered terrace is a lovely dining table and a lawn area where the children can play. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and a large sun umbrella in the pool area.
Next to the pool is a brick barbecue, as well as a toilet and an outside shower.
There is a private, covered parking space for several vehicles on the property.

Beautiful new construction house for 6 people near Felanitx.
Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely new build one-storey property which was completed in 2017 and has 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of these en suite, air conditioning, WiFi Internet connection and satellite television. The house has a stone façade and Majorcan-style shutters, giving the house a classical touch, though its interior is very modern and functional.
Entering the house via the front door we find a substantial living-dining room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The living area has two attractive sofas, TV and dining table with an attractive lamp. This large living-dining area has direct access to the external terrace which is next to the swimming pool. To the right of the dining room we find the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace which overlooks the pool. On the other side of the house are the other two double bedrooms which have access to the terrace and shared bathroom, which has a bath.
To the rear of the house we find a lovely private pool with water feature next to a large covered terrace with a dining table and a lawned area ideal for children to play. In the pool area there are 6 hammocks and a large sunshade.
Next to the pool there is an adjacent zone containing a fantastic barbecue, lavatory and shower.
