The villa is located on a large rural estate within the Tramuntana mountains, a tranquil and privileged setting where you can enjoy Majorcan nature. Among its most special corners stands a beautiful holm oak grove, where it is common to see sheep grazing.

Outside, it has a garden, spacious terraces, outdoor furniture, barbecue and private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
