Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Atenaia. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Es ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Atenaia. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Es ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.
Der Außenbereich und der Pool waren großartig und sehr privat. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem mit dem Auto gut erreichbar zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Stränden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. |

Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool and garden in Búger, in Majorca North, where 6 guests will find a beautiful and quiet spot for their vacation.
The village of Búger is a small town, about 20 km from the beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the villages of Sa Pobla or Inca with lots of restaurants, shops, gas stations and supermarkets. The West side of the island is amazing, with the Tramuntana mountains on the one and the sea on the other side. Visit Valldemossa, Caimari or Sóller or take a tour through the Caves of Campanet. During the low season, the area is nice for cycling and hiking. A car is necessary.
Enjoy a late evening swim in the private pool, while waiting for the barbecue to be ready or just read a good book relaxing on the outdoor sofa at the porch. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the houses’ open kitchen including a dishwasher, gas cooker, kitchen utensils and an oven. There’s a small salon with chairs, air conditoining and a fireplace. Next to this room, the living area with cosy sofa, air conditioning, books and a TV with satellite channels.
You can choose between 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, wardrobe or chest or drawers, one of them located at the attic storey. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second one with a shower, a hair dryer, a cot on request and a washing machine.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
