Description
Lorenzo is a typical Mallorcan house clad in stone with very romantic exteriors due to its well-maintained lush vegetation.
For 9 people, 4.5 km from the beach.
Lorenzo has a cosy living and dining room with Sat TV and WiFi along with some comfortable armchairs and an adjacent dining area.
His independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher has access to the terrace.
On the ground floor, there is one of the bedrooms with access to the terrace, AC, heating.
Another bedroom with access to the garden, AC, private bathroom and a double bed with a wrought iron headboard and white furniture complete this room.
An interior bedroom in turquoise colour and some decorative brick arches with single beds has AC with heat pump.
One of the highlights of the Lorenzo estate is its exterior stone-clad porch where the barbecue is located and a large long table where you will not be able to resist gathering the whole family to eat.
A wonderful estate to spend a few days with family and disconnect since it has all the interesting places nearby.

The kitchen is quite dark and there are not enough utensils etc. to make cooking there enjoyable. In general, the house is dark and the place could do with some touching up. In early September, the mosquitoes were unbearable.

Sogar bei Nachfragen per Whatsapp nach 21:00 Uhr kam direkt eine Antwort und auch eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb eines Tages ersetzt.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Viel Platz, gute Ausstattung. Besonders Pool und Grillhütte sind wirklich toll. Leider hat das Wetter bei uns nicht mitgespielt, um beides mehr zu nutzen. Kleinere Nachteile: das Wlan hat in den ersten Tagen nicht see more

Exclusive luxury house located in Es Barcarés, one of the most tranquil and sought-after areas in the north of Alcúdia, just 350 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Es Morer Vermell, a cove with crystal-clear waters and a family atmosphere.
The property stands out for its spacious exteriors, perfectly maintained and designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It features a spectacular private saltwater swimming pool measuring 16 x 4 metres and 1.6 metres deep, a children's area with swings and a trampoline, outdoor shower and comfortable sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen invites long evenings outdoors, equipped with an oven, barbecue and a cosy sofa area for relaxation. The property has five air-conditioned bedrooms: four with double beds and one with bunk beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there are two independent bathrooms, both with showers. On the first floor, there is a second living room, ideal as a reading or relaxation area.
Located in a very safe and quiet area, the house is just 1.5 km from the old town of Alcúdia, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and shops. On Tuesdays and Sundays, the popular Alcúdia market is held, a highly recommended visit.
In the surroundings, there are numerous dream beaches such as Sant Joan, Sant Pere or Sa Victoria, the latter perfect for snorkelling thanks to its clear waters and rocky bottom.
