Ran de Mar is an exclusive designer terraced house, completely renovated and located directly on the picturesque beach of La Calma, one of the most peaceful and charming corners of northern Mallorca. This idyllic spot, still little known, invites you to enjoy relaxed holidays by the sea, where time seems to stand still.
The villa stands out for its Mediterranean design, in which luminous whites, blue tones and elegant and functional furniture predominate. Its spacious main terrace overlooking the sea offers spectacular views of the bay and features an outdoor dining area, chill out zone and a perfect corner to read or enjoy coffee at dawn. The charming interior courtyard, with contemporary Mallorcan inspiration, adds another outdoor space ideal for sharing meals and moments of rest.
The dining room, open to the terrace and with sea views from all angles, offers a cosy atmosphere with plush sofas, TV area, a designer dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Ran de Mar has three spacious, bright and carefully decorated bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and direct access to the terrace
Second double bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm
Everyone shares two full bathrooms with spacious showers and designer finishes.
Alcúdia is a charming town in the north of Mallorca, known for its well-preserved walled historic centre, cobbled streets, traditional markets and rich Roman heritage. It is an ideal place for those seeking culture, history and Mallorcan authenticity in a tranquil setting.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

Die direkte Meerlage ist toll, allerdings ist die auch nachts befahrene Landstraße hörbar, sodass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nachts geschlossen bleiben mussten.

Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
In the exterior, you will find the marvellous swimming pool with a parasol and some sun loungers around it, a terrace with outdoor furniture and beautiful views.
