Equipped with satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in all rooms, this Villa offers a comfortable atmosphere throughout the year. The gas kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals, and the house also has an independent laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The villa has 4 bedrooms: two with single beds and two with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with a shower, serves the rest of the property. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.
Located in one of the most tranquil areas of Pollença Bay, the villa is surrounded by a natural environment and mostly inhabited by local residents. Just a few minutes by car, you will find all kinds of services and entertainment, from shops to restaurants offering local and international cuisine. The markets of Alcudia, which take place on Tuesdays and Sundays, are a must-visit, as are the Roman ruins and the nearby beaches of Muro, Can Picafort and Formentor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you would expect to find. The living dining area is spacious and comfortable.
