Welcome to this beautiful village house on the outskirts of the Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla. From here it is only 7 kilometers to the beautiful sandy beach Playa de Muro of 12 kilometers in length. Here you are far away from mass tourism and can find peace and relaxation.
The village house has a living space of 140 m², is bright and lovingly furnished with modern furniture and offers enough space for 6 people. The house has 2 floors and it is equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds)
It has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath) and a guest toilet.
The living area with comfortable sofa invites you to linger. Here you will find a flat-screen TV (satellite / cable) and a CD player. Internet / WLan is of course available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The house also has a garage, where you Can accommodate your bikes safely.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and the online check-in process are handled via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.

We had a lovely time at the house! We spend 9 days there with two small children, and it was perfect for us that the small garden overlooked the pool so we could take turns swimming with the children. Furthermore, our host provided us with a bed and see more

Furthermore, our host provided us with a bed and chair for our baby. The house has a nice location if you want to explore the northern part of Mallorca. All in all we really loved staying in the house!

- decent amount of towels provided for family
- knives were super sharp very useful for cooking, this is rare in holiday rentals!

La ville ...triste, hélas pour les habitants : pauvre , usée,sans infrastructures, 3 supermarchés, une boulangerie, quant aux restaurants... inexistants , le seul bar - restaurant approché le premier soir en arrivant n',a pas vraiment envie d',acceptsee more
La ville ...triste, hélas pour les habitants : pauvre , usée,sans infrastructures, 3 supermarchés, une boulangerie, quant aux restaurants... inexistants , le seul bar - restaurant approché le premier soir en arrivant n',a pas vraiment envie d',accepter les touristes...ouf , le supermarché était ouvert jusqu',à 22 h...par ailleurs, il vaut mieux ne pas y sortir le soir...la rue devant les immeubles fait ",zone", et en plus ça roule toute la nuit pour une raison mystérieuse !, Alcudia , ville médiévale et touristique, est à 20 minutes et c',est le prix de sorties du soir , en raison de la ville autour, le prix de l',hébergement est excessif....

Sur la carte, Sa Pobla apparaît clairement comme un village de l'intérieur, et pendant votre séjour, si vous nous aviez demandé ou si vous aviez fait des recherches sur Internet, vous auriez vu qu'il y a un large éventail d'offres gastronomiques dans les restaurants et les pâtisseries/boulangeries. Nous regrettons que le village ne corresponde pas à vos attentes. |

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht.
Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es befindet sich mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit sehr netten einheimischen Nachbarn.

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es befindet sich mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit sehr netten einheimischen Nachbarn. Dies war für unsere Kinder besonders schön, da sie da mit anderen Kindern spielen konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mobil auf der Insel unterwegs ist. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Pollensa und Alcudia sind in 20 min erreichbar. Wir haben von der Agentur Mallorca Charme auch gute Empfehlungen bekommen bezüglich Autovermietung und Einkäufe und sie waren sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter! |

la plupart des résidents sont des locaux très gentils de tout âge. les enfants se sont faits plein de copains espagnols! super.
