    Description

    Lovely and well-equipped holiday house in Can Picafort, near the beach. It can comfortably accommodate families up to 6 guests and a baby.

    The house is spacious and bright and offers all necessary services for a nice stay with friends and family near the beach. Can Picafort is in the north of Mallorca, near supermarkets, restaurants and shops. We recommend you to visit the old town of Alcúdia with its market each Thuesday and Sunday, as well as the Formentor lighthouse and the picturesque village of Artà. A car is not really necessary as all services can be reached by foot and you can walk to the beach.

    A furnished terrace overlooking the neighbourhood surrounds the house. The spacious living area with big sofa, TV with satellite channels and a dining area is on the ground floor. Next to the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Both, the kitchen as the living area have access to the terrace. You can rest in one of the 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. The house provides you with 2 shower bathrooms and a hair dryer. The equipment includes a washing machine, free Wifi and a cot upon request.


    To consider:

    Electricity consumption is charged separately at 0.40 Eur /kW. On the day of your arrival, a photo of the meter will be taken and on the day of departure again to know the consumption. Both photos will be send to you. You can check your consumption at any time. The consumption is deducted from your credit card or deposit.

    Long stays from 14 nights: A mandatory cleaning fee applies. 15 Eur / hour. Please consult with us for more information.

    Silent hours: 11 pm to 10 am. The holding of events/parties as well as loud noises or music, also during the day, is not permitted.

    There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

    Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

    The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
