Welcome to Casa Alegria, a charming terraced house located in S'Estany d'en Mas, a beautiful cove on the east coast of Mallorca, also known as Cala Romántica. This area is part of a peaceful tourist community surrounded by nature, pine-covered cliffs and crystal-clear waters, ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation without giving up nearby services.

Casa Alegria is located just 350 metres from the beach and offers the perfect balance between comfort and natural surroundings. You can enjoy:
🌊 Community swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and for the little ones
🌿 Private garden with lawn and outdoor area for sunbathing
🍽️ Porch with outdoor dining area, perfect for outdoor dinners
🛋️ Lounge with air conditioning, comfortable sofa, TV area and indoor dining room
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning:
One with a double bed and private terrace with panoramic views
Another with two single beds
Moreover, there is a sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room for 1 or 2 children
It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a private parking space for two vehicles.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0.30 Eur/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

Ein sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, die zudem noch mit 5min Fußweg zur Bucht sehr gut gelegen ist. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge zu anderen Buchten über die Klippen haben den Urlaub sehr bereichert. Die Hafenstädte Portocolom und Porto Christo sind mit dem Autosee more
Ein sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, die zudem noch mit 5min Fußweg zur Bucht sehr gut gelegen ist. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge zu anderen Buchten über die Klippen haben den Urlaub sehr bereichert. Die Hafenstädte Portocolom und Porto Christo sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und bieten neben den kulinarischen Vielfältigkeiten auch tolle Freizeitangebote wie Tauchgänge und Höhlenerkundungen. Das WC im Obergeschoss ist leicht undicht und füllt sich in regelmäßigen Abständen geräuschvoll nach. Mückennetze für die Fenster wären auch noch super.

Urbanización y zona muy tranquila. A dos minutos andando de la Cala Romántica. Acceso rápido a otras calas (Anguila, Mendia) y zonas de la isla. Parking muy cómodo y amplio. Resumen: Un alojamiento PERFECTO.
