In the heart of Mallorca, this wonderful house located in Sineu offers a very successful balance between calm, character and comfort. With capacity for 6 people, it is situated on a plot of 751 m² and combines traditional materials such as stone and wood with a bright and well-maintained interior. The spaces are spacious and pleasant, with 3 very large bedrooms, each of them with a dressing room. They have two double beds (1.60cm each and an extra large bed (1.80 cm) that leads to a wonderful hidden corner especially welcoming for the cooler months, with a fireplace and a small collection of books that invite you to stop, read and enjoy a peaceful and warm atmosphere. In addition to three bathrooms, one of them outside next to the swimming pool.
The true appeal lies on the outside. The lawn-covered garden wraps around the house and leads to a private swimming pool designed to be enjoyed at any time of day, surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax without interruptions. The terrace and outdoor areas, together with a pleasant pergola, invite you to extend meals, share outdoor dinners or simply let time pass in a tranquil and well-maintained setting. The glazed porch further expands these spaces, functioning as a natural transition between interior and exterior, ideal at any time of year.
The kitchen, with its wood-burning stove and gas hob, is well equipped for everyday use and for enjoying cooking at leisure, with everything necessary integrated in a practical way: oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and small appliances such as filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, sandwich maker or kettle, designed so that the stay is comfortable without complications. The house also has air conditioning and central heating by air source heat pump, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
Pets are welcome.
Sineu preserves the unhurried pace of the most authentic Mallorca. Its weekly market, its quiet streets and its central location make it easy to explore the island: from routes through the interior and nearby villages such as Petra or Sant Joan, to getaways to the coast.
A few minutes' drive away are beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Son Serra de Marina, where you can alternate between wide sandy shores with clear waters and more natural areas.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 14 years and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

This authentically rustic holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Sineu in a quiet side street. It has an area of 200 square metres and can accommodate up to 6 people. Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living area is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, as is the entrance area, from which the bedrooms can be cooled or heated.
The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x double bed, 21x single beds). You have two bathrooms with shower at your disposal, one of which is outdoors.
The large outdoor area of 1500 square metres offers you a variety of possibilities. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with the dining area. In the garden, typical Mediterranean trees provide plenty of shade and you can enjoy their fruit in season. In the pool of 2x1.5 metres you can cool off.
At the end of the garden there is a large barbecue area with dining area and outdoor cooler.
Not to forget the owner of the house, the tortoise, who lives in the garden :)
There is also a garage for 2 cars and bicycles. You can easily access the house via the garage.
Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the centre of Sineu with its pleasant cafés and restaurants and many shops.
