There is a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 with twin beds and 2 with double bed. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub, 1 en suite, are on the first floor.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a beautifully furnished terrace of 40 sqm including barbeque, next to the 5x4 meter pool with sun loungers.

The house was quite cold when we arrived at night due to all windows being open and the shutters closed so the house had not received any sun.

Le logement est situé à Muro (ville), dans un quartier en passe de devenir résidentiel. La maison est agréable et spacieuse et correspond bien à la description. L’extérieur est agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour les vacances (piscine, 6 bain de soleil, barbecue, machine à laver, sèche linge, boue gonflable et jouet de plage pour les enfants).A l’intérieur, nous avions a notre disposition à l’arrivée de boisson fraiche, de gâteau sucré et salé, d’un quart de pastèque et d’un melon. Une trousse de soin est également disponible.Nous avions également : serviettes pour les douches et serviettes pour la piscine. Le salon dispose d’une télé smart TV avec une chromecast. Des prises anti moustiques sont mises dans toutes les pieces.Le seul bémol : présence d’une clim dans le séjour et toutes les chambres sauf une chambre parentale. Il y a bien des ventilo mais cela ne donne pas la même chose.

In this holiday home you can enjoy a perfect holiday This enchanting village house with a unique view is located in the village of Muro. It is surrounded by a beautiful plot of 1,000 sqm in an absolute dream location, not far from long beaches and the mountains of the Tramuntana Mountains. The house has a living area of approx. 400 m², is spread over 2 floors and is prepared for 8 persons. Upon entry, one enters an imposing reception hall and from there into the other rooms. These are all furnished with high quality antique furniture in Mallorcan style. In the cosy living room you will find a cable/satellite TV and a DVD player. On the ground floor there is also 1 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The traditional Mallorcan kitchen offers you all the necessary comfort; dishwasher and washing machine are also available. From here you also have access to the patio with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings of Mallorca, On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite.
