The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. There is also a garage which can be used.
On the first floor there are the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a cosy courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink with the best company. This courtyard communicates with the terrace on the first floor, where there is a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant evenings.
Air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the corridor to the bedrooms.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and the online check-in process are handled via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Really nice townhouse and great as our first Mallorcan experience. Check in was easy and the lovely bottle of bubbles was highly appreciated to celebrate our arrival. Convenient elements included the washing machine and beach accessories. The location is great for exploring Muro and very peaceful in general. The beds were very comfortable.Not so private in view of next doors courtyard which faces yours and quite noisy family and dog which was at times, very loud. We strongly recommend when hiring a car to choose the smallest possible as maneuvering into the garage was a real challenge. Luckily we had a Seat Arona which after some practice,
we managed. We would recommend staying there. |

We even washed the towels the day before we left. Therefore that level of cleaning fee would be prohibitive for us to book again. Regarding rubbish disposal, there is a very high penalty whilst at the same time, a very high cleaning fee.....not in proportion.

The final cleaning fee, is informed from the beginning and is to be paid before your arrival. Even if you clean and wash the linen in the house, the cleaning has to be done again afterwards as well. It is not required that you clean the house before your departure, only that it is tidy and maintained. Regarding recycling, the people of Muro are very aware of this and for this reason, you are given all the information so that you can recycle as indicated, otherwise, penalties are applied. There was a box for the key with a code in email when we arrived. We could not find the second bathroom for hours. Laterwe found it opening from the small groudfloor terrace outside. There were planty of towels which was very useful because we (5 peosee more

There were planty of towels which was very useful because we (5 people)stayed for a week. There were small extras like salt, oil, detergent for the washing machine. Air condition super. Dont come with a jeepyou will have difficulty parking in the garage from the narrow street. We called the host before leaving and they kindly gave us extra 2 hours time to move out. The only thing we did not like was cleanliness of the kitchen furniture. The handles were sticky ,there was garbage smell under the sink. and the fridge was rusty outside( working perfectly though). But we did not use the kitchen too much anyway, we went out to eat.

Een charmante woning in een rustige buurt. Op loopafstand van bakker en supermarkt, met een markt op zondag en verschillende bars om iets te gaan drinken. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de verkenning van het eiland. Het huis zelf is gerieflijk, goed onderhouden en met degelijke bedden en goed sanitair. De keuken is basic maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. De garage is handig maar vraagt toch wat rijvaardigheid om erin te geraken en je mag geen grote auto huren. Kortom een prima vakantiewoning. Een flesje cava als welkom, werd gewaardeerd en was de start van een toffe vakantie.

It’s exactly like on the pictures. Nothing to complain. Very beautiful appartment and super clean. Just parking the car in the garage is hell. It’s almost impossible to not hit the car at the sidewalk during the parking.

Er staat bijvoorbeeld in de keuken een mand waar vorige gasten houdbare producten kunnen achterlaten voor de volgende gasten. Dat is heel fijn en geeft een goed gevoel dat wat je niet mee kunt nemen naar huis niet zomaar wordt weggegooid. Dat je de auto kwijt kunt in de garage naast het huis is heel fijn. Maar vereist wel enige stuurmanskunst! Parkeer achteruit in en huur een kleine auto! Wij hadden een Citroën C3 en groter past bijna niet. Wij waren er in de kerstvakantie met ongeveer 16 graden. Iedere dag blauwe hemel met zon, maar er komt geen zon in de woning. Dat is zomers heel fijn, maar nu was het lastig om het te verwarmen binnen. Maar met het deken op de bank was het prima te doen. De organisatie die het beheert voor de eigenaar reageerde altijd heel snel op mijn vragen.

Für uns war Muro ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Erlicherweise muss man erwähnen, daß die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und die Nächte deshalb weniger erholsam sind.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt und wir durften sogar früher als 16 Uhr Einchecken. Die Unterkunft war sogar um einiges größer als wir es erwartet hatten. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet usee more

If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant holidays with your family and friends, in Capavila you will find the comfort and charm you are seeking.
Capacity for 5 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the spacious terrace.
On the first floor are the bedrooms: two with double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub.
In the outdoors, you can enjoy pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue, you can prepare delicious dishes for a cosy barbecue evening.
You can cool off in the 6x3 metre swimming pool, which has sunbeds prepared for you.
The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.
